Wow! Came in 7.1.17 about 12:20pm for what I thought was going to be a disaster because of the amount of traffic in this small parking lot turned out to be the absolute best experience ive ever had at a Chick-fil-a establishment! The management staff did thier thing here. Had 2 ladies come out with tablets took my order, another young man came grabbed my card , then another gentlemen hand me my food all within 7 mins. Impressed! My wife did say she was missing a pickle but I have her mine. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.

We never have a bad experience when dining here. The food is always hot and tastes great. Service is always friendly and fast. The restaurant is always clean. The only issue we have that kept us from giving them 5 stars is the parking and drive through situation. When they get busy, its very difficult to navigate around the building for the drive thru or parking.

My dude Shannon is killin the drive thru game and takin things to the next level! Everyone better be steppin up to his level and quick. The entire store was packed full of genuine people that care about connections more than dollar signs. All yall other Chick-fil-As need to pull up and get schooled from my peoples and this locality!

The food was as expected, quality wise. But it took a long time. Over 10 minutes for a breakfast burrito and sausage sandwich. Thats not typical for Chick-fil-A, regardless of location. Someone I was with made the comment "what, did everyone go on break?"

Excellent service and always friendly staff. Willing to refill your drink and take your tray. The owner is real friendly and is always talk to his customers. One of the best if not the best Chick-Fil-A in the Fredericksburg area and on RT. 17.

This is a really nice Chick-fil-A. It is even offers complimentary mouthwash in the bathrooms. My only complaint is that it was an icy tundra inside. Bring a winter coat even in the middle of summer.

Love chic fil a, but this was the nastiest, slowest chic fil a I have ever been to in my life! Flies, dirty windows, trash on the floor, bathrooms stinking, all at 730 am on a Saturday 7/30/16.

Like the chain as a rule but they need to do something about the drive through versus dine in at this location. We ended up blocked in from drive through traffic wrapping around the building.
