Regency Sport & Health in McLean is by far the best tennis-focused club in the NOVA area. The clay and hard courts are well maintained year-round (indoor hard courts and heated bubble for the clay during the winter). The courts are almost always available with a bit of advance notice (because they dont allow seasonal court reservations - i.e., same court each week at a give time for the entire winter). I believe the club attracts a better caliber of player as a result. The other facilities - fitness centers, pools, squash and racquetball courts, and group programs, such as yoga, are also great, and they have a good cafe on the first level with a broad menu. The mens locker room is ok, but could use an upgrade, including steam room. All in all, there is nothing like it for the money.

Tennis courts are dirty and lighting is sketchy (better on the clay courts). But, overall a decent facility. Very hard to find your way around at first!
