I went in for an Oil change and noticed they had pulled Synthetic oil, so I notified them I did not want Synthetic. They then informed me that they were out of regular 5w - 30 but they would have to run to Advance auto and get some which I actually thought was pretty good customer service. But thats where it all feel apart. Their posted prices are as follows, regular oil change $41.95, synthetic $79.95. Well when it was all said and done I was charged $75.99. I questioned this and was told "your truck takes two extra quarts of oil @ 7 dollars per quart" ok good explanation. But after a little quick math, that still didnt seem quite right $41.95 + $14.00 ($7.00 * 2) is only $55.95 and tax is not $20. When I questioned again I was told, "oh, those prices on that board are not correct. Well what do you say to that? At best they are inept and at worst they are thieve that post one price then charge you something else. Either way I dont want them working on my car.

Just went there for the first time today; I havent had the chance to clean my car in a while, so I thought Id stop there for the $4 wash and run. Ive never had to get out of my car before, so I thought that was a bit of inconvenience. Then, I had to sign a form because my mirrors didnt fold in. Ive never had to do that before either. It took a little while for me to get my car at the end. But you would think that for the time it took, my car would be clean. It wasnt! I still had dirt streets here and there on my car! I saw they had taped down my rear wiper, bet the tape was still on the car! Good thing I didnt turn it on! And, there was still dirt around the blades! And to top it all off, my front license plate was bent! I discovered that once I got home, along with the dirt that was still on my car. Im just glad that it didnt tear up the front bumper of my car! Ive been to carwashes plenty of times before, and my plate has NEVER been bent!

With the basic car wash + hand dry + vacuum service option at $17, its quite an easy and fairly inexpensive way to quickly get your car cleaned of all of the road and salt grime after a snowy season. They have self-service bays too but the price for 4-5 minutes starts around $1.50-2.00 and may be missing some crucial options like a spot-free final rinse. The full service team that I mentioned earlier did do a good job the other day, including putting the nice seal and shine on my tires. The staff are hit-and-miss friendly though and it may feel a little awkward at times interacting with them, to the point that sometimes I actually feel kind of guilty like I may be bothering them just by trying to get a car wash or when paying for it.

I come to wash my truck and the machine took $2 worth of quarters only. Being that I didnt have that on me walked inside to see if I couldnt hey change. Waited 5 minutes and some dude finally came to the front to say "shell be with you in a second." Waited another 12 minutes and left, no one else was there except for a woman speaking somewhat vulgarly in Spanish on the phone (I guess she assumed I couldnt understand) and no one came to help. Im usually a fairly patient person but come on now, almost 20 minutes to get some damn quarters so I can wash my truck. The only good thing is the vacuums did work well and stay on for some time.

Paid today for the Ultimate Wash and to have my upholstery/carpets cleaned, for which I paid $100+. They did a great job on the carpet, seats and outside wash, but my center console, doors, and inside the rear hatch (Jeep Compass) were not even touched. Asked the gentlemen to go back out there to clean them as it was part of the package, but he still didnt do a complete job and with it raining and my car out in it, I didnt see the point in having him go back out there to work on it again and let rain get all in the car. Nice people, but probably will not go back as I prefer attention to detail.

The guy would just stand around on his phone, wasting time instead of finish detailing my car, and after the few areas the he supposely been working were still dirty. It Then their machines ripped off my front license plate, and they said they didnt see me having one before I came. Ofc course I had one and they found it 10 minutes later. The other guy was nice enough and offered me to put it back on. Pretty low quality, thou few workers are decent. Definitely not coming back.

I never write reviews but Ill take the time out to write this one. I just called this place because I heard they give discounts to associates who work for the company Im employed by. I was calling to verify prior to actually visiting. The woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and would not give me a direct answer. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Definitely not a business I will give my money to.

I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME OF CUSTOMER OF THIS BUSINESS (Tammie) and for me to come in today and get my normal wash , I decided to get a interior vacuum with it . YOU ARE OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR THAT . $7.50 for a Car !! REALLY THAT ANOTHER COST OF A WASH! When you only charge a $1 to do it yourself.. Its not like your doing the trunk

I paid for their "gold" wash ($22.95) and left disappointed. The outside and windows looked good, but their vacuuming and cleaning of the inside of my car left something to be desired. The floors were poorly vacuumed and the console and dash werent even touched. I clearly did not get what I paid for.

Auto Bell who???? This places puts Auto Bell to shame. One of the best car wash places I have been to a long time. They take great care of your vehicle and have awesome customer service. Plus from what it looks like they take care of their employees. Ill definitely be back in the future.

Take your money and run!!!!! Worst car wash ever... their vacuum might be clogged or something because if i knew my car was gonna look the same $22.95 and 1 hr later i wouldve just cleaned my car alone. Poor poor service....boooo!!!

Reasonable prices for getting your car washed and vacuumed. Self car wash stalls are also available as well as vacuums. The place can also do some preventive car maintenance but I cant offer any insight on that.

They take pride in what they do and I really appreciate that. My car looked much better than when I hand wash it because they take their time after to wipe it down (for an additional cost, but well worth it).

The job was rushed. Even after I asked for the car to be vacuumed again, it still was not done well. Streak marks were left all over the car as well. Not a quality job at all.
