Ive been to this carwash dozens of times and they usually get the job done. I took it to specifically have mud removed from the undercarriage, I even asked before they began if they would be able to get it off. I was told with certainty there would not be an issue they would spray it and wash it. I even upgraded the wash with the undercarriage as an add on. Surprise, my car came out with mud still on it. Instead of spraying it again as I requested they wanted to argue with me about why they wouldnt be able to get the mud off. Its mud, the substance that dissolves with water. They refused to refund any portion of the cost. I will dispute the charge and win. Customer service is simple and should always be a priority. Ill take my dollars where they are appreciated.

I used to be a loyal customer but will no longer return weekly like I once have. Went there today with a perfectly fine mirror come out with a shattered one. Bob basically told me I was a liar to my face. Even though the guy the was cleaning my car admitted to mirror being lose but denied cracking it. I understand accidents happen but take fault for your mistakes not call a loyal customer a liar. I didnt want money or even it to replaced I was simply bringing the problem to their attention. Never again will return or recommend anyone to that establishment. The cashier although very nice and helpful lied to me and told me bob is the owner which is false.

I have been going to this car wash since I moved to Baltimore in 1988. Always do a good job and most of the employees there today are the same ones that were there then. I usually wash my car myself except in the winter I go there to get the salt and slop off the car. I live in Pikesville now and still make the trip all the way to the east side to get their wash. Simply the best car wash in Baltimore.

I just left this car wash and Before I got there I put $3.00 worth of quarters in my ash tray which was concealed with a cover. I wanted to tip the guy who took the time to dry my car off but I notice $2.00 of the quarters were missing. I said nothing but drove off. I will never leave any money in my ashtray again IF i was to go back. By the way he made himself a quick $5.00 tip.

This is for sure the best carwash in Maryland. I only had to pay $12 for a basic carwash. The guy that did my vehicle did such a amazon job that I gave him the rest of the cash from the $20 bill I broke.

Not thorough with the inside wipe although it takes a long time. Theyre in there wiping yet they miss all kinds of areas. They vacuumed yet Im tossing out used paper towels and trash left by the kids???

I love coming to this place these people have great attention to detail. Sometimes it could be a little pricey but they definitely leave it worth it this is my go to place for my fleet trucks

Decent carwash, bent my front license plate, and I had to clean some spots that the workers missed. For the money I think it was worth it. Only went once, Ill give them another try.

Plan on waiting in line for at least 30-45 minutes to get a wash, but its worth it. Half the price of many competitors, and they pay more attention to your car.
