Horrible horrible horrible...they took 85 dollars for interior cleaning ,hand wax outside with car wash which they said was rainx special car wash and they totally charged me with 85 dollars. They have not vaccumed my car properly. Most unbelievable and disguisting thing was the galsses were not cleaned all over marks left.Finally I called the manager and he came out with this stupid reply saying "hey buddy if u want ur car cleaned do it detailing". I told him that 12 dollar self cleaning is far better than this 85 dollar cleaning..nothig was cleaned either the way they mentioned nor the way i asked.its aboslute thefting of dollars from people I suppose ,but they really did this to me.Guys am telling u,you just stole my money for nothing. I am gona tell all my friends and known people how bad you guys are and the way you did the cleaning of my car..I recommend people beware these are looters not cleaneing guys...as mentioned they r real quick car wash but not quality not even a mere and least 6 dollar wash they does...pathetic and ridiculous.

I have been bringing my cars here for 4+ years 3 cars 2-3 times a month today I brought my BRAND NEW...car in to get cleaned and they damaged one of my wheels. Called over a manager and was told we didnt do that everything is coated in Teflon which is incorrect because when I went and looked at the guides it is worn down to the metal towards the end. there is no signs on the tire or anything of rubbing just the wheel where the guides are . I take care of all my vehicles meticulously. I was very insulted when I was pretty much told oh well and he walked away.. I will never return there and I will tell everyone that I know to stop going there due to this. We have a fleet account where I work and I will have that changed asap . Horrible customer service and a 360 wheel damaged.

My car was scratched today. I spoke to Dom and after he assured me the damages were done elsewhere but didnt have time to show me the video as he said would be a pain in his butt to pull up again. Of course there was no reason I should have expected any less after reading the comments on disrespect and he was true to form. Mr.Dan (owner)if you are honest and willing to view the tape I sure would appreciate a viewing if of course the image isnt destroyed. Lesson learned. Take photos of your vehicle people of the public. Enter at your own risk. Buick silver 7.5.17 driver door damage should be easy to see if it was tbere upon entry and exit with HD cameras. Mr. Dan I would love to here from you thanks

Been there about 5 times everything it is a Total ripoff. Cost me $18 to get my Ford Explorer washed and thing came out dirty. They dont spray it prior to it entering the actual car wash or wipe it down with a brush like they do it at most other washes. For the price it costs I should be getting top service. Just a total ripoff and dont got their "rain ex" special. Thatll cost $30 and is a total scam. Avoid this place and find another car wash

WARNING: Their car guides severely damaged the alloy wheels on my Mercedes costing me over $300 to get repaired. I didnt notice until a week later when I re-washed the car. Nothing else in the meantime could have done that type of damage. One of the attendants could have done the damage driving the car onto the guides or their guides are not appropriate for all types of wheels.

Very disappointed with my visit: car was still dirty on the inside, bird poop still stuck to the exterior, and my spare change was gone (wasnt much so not a big deal, but still disappointing). The people were polite enough and my car is cleaner than before, but unfortunately dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I pd 26 for inside outside wash and did not get 1/2 of what I pd for. I got better service when paying 14.00 full service. they did not clean to standards and I had to go back 3 x to tell them something was not completed. Not worth 26 or even 10.00. Go somewhere else.

Manager is a lazy worthless piece of crap. I went to him with a complaint and he acted like he didnt care. All he cares about is lunch . If the owner had any kind of business sense they would fire that manager and hire someone that has customer service skills!

Fast and easy service. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I dont like other people in my car, but man, did they make it look nice. This is great if you do not want to wash your own car or dont have the time to.
