Dont go here if you care about your car. I would give a zero if I could. I left with the car still dirty, bugs still on the front and the windshield, they didnt bother to raise the lift gate in the back to clean or vacuum. Not only did they do a horrible job, when I went to get in my car today, there is a cut in the leather seat. Unfortunately, I did not notice it when I left their location last night, so I highly doubt they will be willing to repair or replace the seat. In contrast, the Autobell just of the street always does a stellar job and goes above and beyond. Avoid this location and take a few extra minutes out of your day to go up the road.

After using their services for my 2015 hyundai, I noticed their wash knocked an accent piece of trim out of my bumper. I returned the vehicle and asked them to fix the damage. The response was that there was no way the wash couldnt have done it. Come on people Im not driving a pinto. My vehicle was perfect before going in and damaged after. I will not be returning.. the free car washes the manager offered are a joke and insulting. One I can afford a car wash "I am not a freeloader" and two why would I want to return to a place that damaged my vehicle and then took no responsibility for it.. I will turn everyone away from autobell.

The workers were friendly but not detail oriented. I paid for the Managers Special. That is supposed to cover the inside and outside. The inside of my car looked not much different than when it got there. There was still dust on the dash, door panels were still dirty, and the carpet was still dirty. I guess when they say wipe things down it does not mean clean. They are too hurried to finish. I will not pay for the "Managers Special" ever again. My windows were clean. I commented about brake dust on the wheels to be told it doesnt come off...really?

Ive given this place several opportunities to redeem themselves and I again remain fully disappointed. Paid for the full service "super works" package, only to get home and notice my dash untouched, and backseat and trunk untouched. The outside of the car is tolerably clean, but multiple spots were missed. Moved the drivers seat as well. And the worst part of all of it is it still took them 25 mins. Just an all around disappointment.

Ive had my truck was here once and once on Portsmouth Blvd and both experiences have been bad. Workers dont wipe vehicles off completely leaving spots and half way clean off the dash. Will not return or recommend to others until management properly train workers on how to return a 25.00 clean car to a customer and stop running for a tip.

I would not recommend coming to this place at all! They didnt lift up the mats to sweep under them. Didnt wipe off the dash. The employees got mouthy with me when I asked to see the vacuum so I could do it myself. Will not be doing business with them again.

It was terrible. We usually spend $40 to get our truck washed and detailed. This time we spent over $100 and it was worse than what it was when we spent $40. We will not be returning. We do not recommend.

Everyone At This Location Is So Nice! I Love How Quick And Efficient They Are. My Car Is So Clean And Shiny Like My Brothers Bald Head! And That Cashier "James" Is Such A Hard Worker Always Smiling!

Ive had my truck washed here a couple times now and both times they "forget" to clean the dashboard. Waste of money. They always want to add on more services but cant get the simple things right.

Never vacuums everything up. Always have to re-vacuum and the last time I was there they scratched my car!! Never again will I ever go to this autobell.

They did a good job really digging the 25$ unlimited month wash. Dont care for interior I keep that clean myself. Employees were on top of it.
