First of all it was March 26, 2017 arrive at 4:50 pm. The was itself was OK Then i proceeded to vacuum my truck out, I notice that the sign says the vacuum stops at 5:30. OK that was enough time for me to finish my SUV it was only 5:10 they cut the vacuum off so i didnt get to finish my truck. The gentleman next to me was waiting to use it. I told him it cut off. The young lady on the other side said hers cut off to. I look around everybodys had cut off. If the sign says than it should be 5:30 than thats what it should be. Granted you dont have to pay for it but people read the signs and it said 5:30 not 5:10. Now after that I walk around and closed my doors to my vehicle after closing the last door remembering my keys was on the seat. so i ask the manager if there were a phone i could use to call and get my husband to bring me another key to open my door he said we have no land line ill see. Never did come back , OK so i check with the young lady that was right beside me and she let me use hers. So i call my husband to bring my key. Well by now its close to 5:56 pm , So the man comes back out and ask me if i wanted him to call a tow truck i said no my husband is bringing my key, remember he said he had no phone. he got nasty says to me Maam you have to move your car its on private property. So i looked at him and ask him how was i going to move it when the keys was lock in the truck. he told me move it or he would have it towed I said try it you want tow nobody else vehicle. I said i ask to use your phone you said you didnt have one but yet you were going to call a tow truck so they can tow my truck off the property. he really upset me yesterday. Because it made no sense at all, that was the worst customer service i have ever experience did not try to help me at all.

I paid for the $15 car wash. My car wasnt too dirty but I like my car being clean. I also had window chaulk on the back glass that had left trails down my hatch. I was basically seeing if this wash would get rid of the writing for me. I pulled up to the sign and tried to see if this was touchless or not and trying to read what all was included. I was trying to hurry because there were cars showing up in the other lane and I didnt want to hold anyone up who knew what they wanted. Anyway I didnt know it wasnt touchless. I only like to use to touchless but thats fine my fault for rushing. Ive never been through a car wash like this where it pulls your car along. I had no idea what to do. The attendant was eating something and gave me a signal to move forward. I told him I didnt know what to do and he told me. Well the car wash shine 3 out 4 tires. The driver wheel and tire wasnt as clean as the others. There were weird streaks from the soap on the passenger glass window. It didnt take all the writing off the glass or off the car itself. The car was mostly clean but I think I will stick to the touchless I usually use in downtown Suffolk. The tire shine was a nice touch on the tires it was on. I tried the vacuums but their suction wasnt good at all. I have a little craftsman wet dry vacuum at home thats way better. So... Basically, I paid $15 which is pretty expensive for a car wash, and went home and rewashed, and detailed/vacuumed my car myself. Now Im satisfied, but not cause of this car wash. I really didnt have the time to go home and do that that day but I now had half the glass with remnants of writing and Im picky about clean so I couldnt have that.

Went to the surfs up car wash today so i could wash my car which did happen, but then when i got my car washed one of the attendants from the car wash told me that i cant detail my car because i was wiping it down on the inside, because they didnt have no other parking spots for people to park they car and vacuum after they were getting it washed. So i was just like ok man got it, so i turn around to face my car to get my stuff and leave, so the attendant or the guy was like. I dont think you got me man look u cant detail your car there for if you not vacuuming you got to leave or else im going to cut off all these vacuums and no one will be able to use it. Im like ok dude like i said before i got it. Not saying its a bad car wash,however its not a car wash you want to go if you want to clean your car up and take your time with out someone hassling you or trying to make you hurry up.

02/19/2017 Waited 30 mins. For a $5 car wash. Its automatic so my brand new Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi goes thru the wash. The machines are so rough it literally put holes and scratches all over my new trucks paint. I contacted the management to handle the situation and they did absolutely nothing about it. I contacted my insurance company and they will be hearing from them come Monday. To top everything off...none of the vacuums are working on the right hand side so I had to wait an extra 15 mins to vacuum. When I finally got to vacuum the truck the suction pressure was so low it barely picked up any dirt. Anyone who reads this post please do not support this company. Its horrible. Your better off washing your truck at home. Save yourself the trouble. $5 car wash ended up costing me hundreds in damaged paint.

Nice car wash, indecent customers. Prices to this car wash are very affordable with unlimited vacuum. The catch is, the customers are loud and obnoxious. This car wash is in a rough part of town. Expect to hear loud music, cussing, and people using both vacuum tubes at once (leaving you waiting until they are done cleaning their car). I thought I was going to get robbed when I was vacuuming my car! Overall, great business, but horrible customers - I feel bad for the employees. I wouldnt go here at night, again not because the business is bad but the location of the business.

I paid for a basic wash for my truck and the additional fee to have the tires done. When the attendant raised his hand signaling he was complete I went to the vehicle and he asked if everything looked OK. I didnt look the vehicle over because I was on my way to a meeting. I did write a comment on the provided card about the door jambs not being wiped dry. When I arrived at my meeting I noticed that they also forgot to do the tires that I had paid for. So much for the convenience of someone else washing my truck, no I have to go back.
