Edit: I wrote this review about the in bay soft cloth automatic at this car wash. I just noticed that currently the Google Street view does not show this as being part of the facility. After the picture was taken they converted one of the self serve bays into the wash I reviewed, so dont look at the picture and assume Im crazy ;) Took the car through the in bay soft cloth automatic a few weeks ago. I worked at a car wash known for high quality for a long time so I have extremely high standards. Keep that in mind when you read my review. Pros: We bought the top wash, and the price was reasonable for what was included. The chemicals seemed to be at a good strength. A lot of carwashes water their chemicals down so much they are worthless. I could smell all the soaps very easily, and that is a good clue that you are getting what you are paying for. Color in your chemicals is also something to look for. A vibrant color means the chemical is at full strength (this doesnt apply to soaps, which are white anyway) The cloth was also very clean looking, which surprised me a lot. Cons: It didnt really do a great job cleaning. A cloth wash will only clean what the cloth touches. The soap is not strong enough to do all the cleaning (as in a touch free wash) and it is up to the cloth. I knew there would be a lot of places the cloth didnt touch, and that is understandable and unavoidable. Not their fault. But there were still bugs on my windshield. Again, bugs are really hard to get off but they hadnt been on very long and it didnt get any of them off. The cloth didnt seem calibrated quite right either, it looked off center to me. When we came out of the car wash there were some very drastic scratches all over the front bumper, right where the wrap-around brushes first hit it. We cant say 100% that they werent there before we went into the car wash, but they are very noticeable and I think we would have seen them. There are also scratches up and down the length of the car that correspond with the scratching you would expect to see. All in all, I will not be using the in bay soft cloth automatic again, simply because of the scratching. Maybe we just got unlucky, and the cloth picked up something from the car in front of us (always a risk with these types of washes). It seems like it might be a good solution for someone who washes their car every week and is willing to spend a few minutes touching up with a rag. The facility was beautifully maintained and very clean, so management does seem to care about this carwash. Like I said, I worked at a car wash for a long time and Im very picky. I would consider going back and trying the self serve bays or the touch free automatic to see how well they work.

This car wash is terrible, I used the manual wash Bay to washy truck and the water would just shut off at random in my Bay and the bay next to me. I also used the wax sprayer and the top coat sprayer that both seemed to not work at all how they claim to work. I tried to call them about the water shutting off using the number here on Google and the number on a sign there both numbers went to vice mail that was not set up or full. I will never return there again.

I dont go here simply because the automatic car wash isnt touchless. As a general rule, its agreed upon that you shouldnt take your car through an automatic car wash that has the big spinny brushes. They can do more harm than good by rubbing the dirt around. Pretty much every source online agrees

I went and used the automated wash $10.00 car wash soaped up and the brush just kept cleaning the back of the car for 3 minutes. Had to move the car to a bay and spend another $2.00 to rinse the car off waste of my time.

Better off using a garden hose and bucket at your house for free. No pressure in the wand, no soap in the wand, and the brush doesnt foam at all

A great un-manned car wash. (And not the worthless brushless type either)
