Revised****read it the whole way! I went and cleaned my car mats for both my vehicles. It automatically took out $10 both times ($20 total) but I actually only spent $1.22 and $1.27 for both vehicles. I was told it does that to make sure you had enough money on your debit card and it will reimburse me the $17.51 I didnt spend but it hasnt! Its been 4 days!! I will NEVER use my card again or those machines. Its very inconvenient when trying to use a convenient method for paying since I never keep cash on me. ****it finally reimbursed me $10. Since I spent between $1-$5 it charged me $5 for each time. So, if you use that method to clean your car, either use cash, or use the whole $5 (but dont go above $5 or it will charge you $10) because stopping at $1.22 wasnt helping me save any money as it charges you $5 anyways. So, in my opinion, use cash to spray/wash down your car, mats, etc. I prefer the machines anyways because they do a better job than me but Ill definitely bring $2 next time to just spray down my mats or use the whole $5 it charges me anyways by using my card. I love this place as I think its better than auto bell on fredrick since I would always have to go back to green clean to finish what the people at auto bell couldnt or wouldnt do. Plus, green clean is a lot cheaper for how many times a day or week I have to clean my car and with better customer service. Thanks

Horrible management and customer service . I purchased the unlimited plan that includes tire gloss ..... each time there wasnt any tire gloss applied so I canceled my member ship months ago and went back to auto bell where I have no issues ...... to this day Im still being charged for the membership. Im very upset about the whole issue . They was quick to take the money but taking months to correctly cancel my membership and refund me back my money . I was told I will be receiving a call back from a manager and never received a call ever ! I will do whatever I can to get in touch with corporate.
