This is my guide to ensure best service. Pay for the package that covers what you want done, tell their sales advisor exactly that, dont just ask for the basic wash and expect better. If you want your trunk vacuumed tell them, its not included unless you have an SUV or van and are being charged that fee. For cars its $1.00. They recently upgraded their towels, no more cotton cloth, microfiber takes away dirt better and leaves less chance of window streaks. And is the preferred drying towel of high end sports cars valued $100k and up. Because its very safe on all paint. Last I leave you with my cheat. Get AAA, its worth more than its cost. This place gives 50% off only on the cost of their Rain-X wash package to AAA card carriers. best service they have without having detailing. Normally $32 but with AAA $16 and some change. As perspective their cheapest wash package with vacuum and windows is $20. Unless you have a coupon AAA and Rain-X is your best deal all around. You can also get an oil change here and get a free Rain-X wash on any vehicle. They always have coupons. Making them about the same as jiffy lube, but jiffy lube doesnt give a free $34 carwash voucher Everytime you get your oil changed. I also love how these guys never try to upsell me on what I dont need. And they know great deals for work they cant do. Last the owner here is a good man. He cares more than we do about our satisfaction. Just dont take his kindness as a weakness hes tough too. His employees dont always meet his standard work ethic but he will always deliver quality.

Okay, I will not make this dramatic, but simply state the facts. This was my third time coming to this location. This time on March 18 I after paying for the cleaning service, the lady at the register was not rude, but not friendly at all. I didnt expect a full conversation but a basic "hello, how are you" doesnt hurt. Second star deducted: While in the waiting area, the employee cleaning my car gets in a very loud verbal argument with the manager, and drops the F bombs. It definitely startled the older couple waiting also. The manager did come and finally apologize after awhile. The next star deducted: An employee then came in after the manager apologized and stated to the lady at the register "man, I was hoping to see so and so fight." I believe their names were Dylan and Paul. I understand about playful words, and joking about stuff, but you dont say that in front of an older couple. Last star deducted from rating: The employee who was pissed off lost concentration and didnt even vacuum the trunk, and it was evident. BTW, I bought the $60 interior cleaning package. I still left a $5 tip, because thats what class looks like. No compensation requested. This review is honest feedback. I hope this business turns around in the future for others. The Team Blue Hand and Car Wash down the street will overtake this business very shortly. I would recommend them.

Worst self serve bays I have ever used. The pressure on most of the low pressure settings is so low that they take forever to coat your car with chemical, weak chemical mixes, and extremely long chemical change over times (which ends up causing you to buy more time) , and the bays are beyond filthy and run down. Actually tried to use the self serve bays here before and left before I was finished because I was so dissatisfied, but decided to give them another chance and Im sorry I did. I have used self service bays many times in several states and I have to say this place is really phoning it in.

Wanted the interior cleaned, had dog hair. I was unaware how hard dog hair is to get out and paid for a full service. The guy cleaning the interior never said anything about the dog hair and when I wanted to talk to a manager about some sort of refund he wouldnt talk to me. It was a younger guy that would only talk to the cashier and not directly to me to explain the situation. very rude, I suggest the capital city car wash!

I always come here for my oil change and tire rotation. Great service and friendly staff. They always ask you first before completing additional any maintinence, like filter changes, and they show you that your oil has been filled. There are always coupons on their website, and you get a free car washing with your oil change! I definitely recommend this place.

Trying to wash my car today for 7$ it cost me 10$ we are leaving in 2017 PLEASE CHEANGE YOUR OLD equipment for new one so they can working properly or please fix old one so we can get change back.Next time I will stop by to do picture and show to every one. Thank you

Went for detailed in and out. Got my car back like a new one. Some stains on the seat of coffee and gripe water, completely removed. And car was smelling fresh. The lady at the front desk was v professional. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Used the self serve car wash portion that behind the lube shop, very run down. Dont think Ill want to try the drive thru car wash portion because it looks worn down as well.

16.00 is to much money for the exterior only, the kids dont care about wiping your car down, I get that I think. I had to wipe the car down myself..Iwont go back..

Really good place for car wash. Very quick and complete satisfaction. I went for a car seat shampoo wash. It feels so good after a wash. Totally worth paying.
