It is what it is. Whenever my car is detailed its always a half done job. Overpriced for what it is. Youre better off going to a $5 self serve car wash. Every time I get tire gloss in my Autobell package, they give my tires one spritz of the stuff and by the time I get home - they arent even shiny anymore. My dash is always left dusty. There are always dirt marks on the exterior when theyre done. they charge $4 to gloss the tires and $5 just for rainX on your windshield. Ive had to wait 10 extra minutes before on my car because they had to find a guy who could drive a manual transmission; all the other employees didnt know how and couldnt move my car into the wash. If youre running late, or simply do not have time for anything - then Autobell is OK, but I would never use it as a regular thing.

I visited the Autobell car wash in Hilton In Newport News VA and after paying $20 when I requested they dry the wheel wells on my car was told by the claimed to be manager "we dont dry the wheel wells". What? They also didnt do a very good job wiping down the interior either, ie sticky substance left around the drink holder in console. But wow was I shocked at the attitude and rudeness of the so-called "Manager". Last time I checked the wheel wells are part of the car that they claim they hand-dry. So I informed Mr. Smarty Pants manager that I would not be a customer at his car wash in the future. Rude.

TERRIBLE! My first time ever going here a couple days ago and instantly regretted the $30 I spent for the "Managers Special". The outside looked ok, but the entire inside vacuum job was a disaster! They were friendly and offered to redo it, but same thing. They didnt even lift up the carpets to vacuum, the door panel handles werent vacuumed, and the back seat and back hatch were untouched. I have a 5 year old (crumbs) and they were all still there. My husband and I were irate and went home to finish the job ourselves. We shouldve just done that to begin with.

Not worth it at all. My roommate and I went to get our cars done and its definitely not worth the 25.99 they charge for an inside and out cleaning. Had water spots on my hood and rims and both our interiors still had dust everywhere. She decided it wasnt worth arguing over and left. I had the person redo the inside and areas were still missed. Do yourself a favor... get a roll of quarters and go to a hand wash. The only reason I went here was because of a recent surgery, definitely will tell people to go somewhere else if they ask.

What a waste of money! The outside was fine, but the inside was just as dirty as when I brought it there. I asked them to wipe it down again, they did but still missed obvious spots especially around my sons carseat that area wasnt even touched. Windows still had fingerprints, floor mats hardly cleaned, doesnt look vacuumed. Overall not worth $22 especially when you have to go home to clean what you just paid someone to do. I would not recommend them to do the inside of your car! Nice people but terrible job!!

I have had both of my vehicles washed here several times over the past year and each time there is a lack of customer service, innadequate vacuuming, and terrible standards of cleanliness. I used to work at a car wash in a different state and I know the vehicles can be trashed beyond the point of return. My cars are not ever in that condition. Im not expecting my car to be showroom new when I get it back, but I do expect to get what I pay for and that has never happened from this place.

Decent prices, friendly staff and decent work however they do miss spots and even the higher priced service isnt done as well as it should be. If I pay for towel drying, I shouldnt see waters pots on my car anywhere. I would still recommend this place for a quick wash and vacuum but I wouldnt recommend it if you want your car to look like you just drove it off the showroom floor.

Its a decent place to get a quick wash. I had my car washed here and I had to ask them to reclean my windshield. I know in the past that if I didnt want something they said leave it on the floor and they will throw it away but they just picked up trash and placed it in my seat. Im just going to stick to getting my car hand washed because its makes the car look 10 times better.

Not as clean as it should be. I come to this location all the time and this by far is the worst experience I have had. My mats was just thrown around not fixed like it should be. The windows was not wiped properly. Not to mention my "baby on board" sign was taking off the rear view mirror. My car was not vacuum correct at all. Bad job= no tip

Really nice establishment and employees seem to take pride in their work. Only complaint is that our last visit our car seemed to be covered in smears on the inside. It seems like maybe rags are being overused.

Not cleaned on the inside as expected,had to ask for extra air conditioner, the inside was not wiped down completely for the price!!!
