I decided to use this car wash instead of washing my car myself like I usually do. It seemed decent enough so I paid my $8 for the basic wash. Upon exiting the wash rack, the guide rail hooked my wheel and slashed my tire and destroyed the wheel on my Audi s5.I called the business number and was informed there would be nothing covered because numerous customers have hit their wheels on it as well. I was behind the wheel so they would not cover the damages to my car from their poorly designed and flawed equipment. After spending about 5 minutes arguing my case, the female on the phone hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. Great customer service! Worst part is, it didnt even get my car clean. Horrible business as well as horrible business management/customer service.

I use this car wash a lot. It is open 24/7 and is clean and well maintained. I recently had a problem with a wash that I had paid for and only received a partial wash. I called the posted contact number and left a detailed message about what had happened. Within the hour I received a call back and got an apology and an explanation of why the wash had malfunctioned (an idiot ran into it and the computerized timing was thrown off). A few days later I received a gift card in the mail for a free wash, very nice.

My friend Elena, washed her car 2016 Nissan Rouge on 12/22/2016, Later she noticed that her antenna was missing from the top of her car, she asked owner Judy, to fix and take care for the damage, she refused to do so. I reviewed other unsatisfied customers reviews. Their cars also were damaged and owner refused to take responsibility.

The absolute worst. First, the "soft touch" marred the front of my car. Next, the owner, Judy, says it didnt happen at her car wash. Finally, she blames the damage on me!! BUYER BEWARE.
