I went to this Autobell for the 4.00 drive through. I began to wipe my car down when completed in one of the 3 parking lanes provided opposite the final air dry. An employee approached me and advised that self drying on the premises was not allowed per his supervisor. I apologized telling him that I wasnt aware of the rule since there were no signs indicating so. He then told me to continue drying my vehicle until Im done but dont self dry on their premises in the future. He was very courteous and polite. About 2 minutes later the supervisor approached me telling me to stop what Im doing and leave immediately. I explained to him that I was told by an employee that I could finish drying my vehicle. The supervisor replied "I dont care what you were told. Get in your vehicle and leave now". I wasnt detailing. Only drying my vehicle. His lack of courtesy and disrespect led to an embarrassing verbal altercation in front of several customers waiting for their vehicles. No respect for the aged. Im 76 years old with a disability. My wife and I have been loyal customers at this Portsmouth Blvd Autobell in Chesapeake VA for over 10 years. This was only my 4th drive through. This supervisor needs training in customer relations. Their complicated "reach out to you" website could use some help as well. Im done with all Autobells. Ill find somewhere else to my vehicles.

So... paid them to wash my truck but instead they damaged it then told me they were not responsible. My antenna is aftermarket and got torn off by the machine and dragged across my paint leaving a nice 5in scratch. I only asked for a refund but was pretty much told to go screw myself because I modified my own vehicle... I filed a report just for some higher up manager to call me and tell me they werent responsible because of something I did as if I run their business and would know the machine would take off my antenna... I dont own their business so wouldnt know this information.. its certainly not common sense seeing its my first time using an automatic car wash. If you own a nice car you can take it here but if they damage it, they will probably tell you their not responsible because you obviously should know your car has to be bone stock to be washed in such places. On a happy note, my truck was super clean and shiny for days.

Awful. Left trash in my car. Big spots that were not vacuumed. They didnt even touch the trunk, which was the filthiest part. Dirt everywhere... Cupholders filthy and sticky... Little hairs from I guess their rag all over the dash board. I went to the beach and there was sand in every single cup holder space. Overall horrible... Ill make sure not only to never come back, but to tell everyone I know never to come either. I wish I could get my money back. $20 basically out the window.

Worst service ever. Went there needing my interior cleaned. Was informed they dont clean interior unless I pay for an interior and exterior package. I pay, get my car back, they forgot to clean the inside of my car. I tell them, so they then proceed to vacuum my front floor mats. Nothing else. Nothing got wiped down. Nothing else vacuumed. If I wouldve known that this is all they do for interior cleaning, I wouldve never wasted my money.

Probably the worse Carwash Chain I have ever been to. I have been to 3 different locations and all three are awful. I only use the $4 drive through option and I dry it and vacuum out the car myself cause I know they will do a half a$$ job. They definitely do not care about quality work and take no pride in what they do. I do not recommend them for anything but the basic wash. Its a real shame they are even in business.

I paid $32 for these guys to wet my car, then for a bunch of 17 year olds to act like they were wiping it down. When I got home, all the dirt they left on the hood, doors and roof, I simply wiped off with a wet rag, then I went ahead a actually washed my car. Theyd be better actors than actual workers. Good thing I at least got a first aid kit full of band-aids and coupons to a place I wont be going to a second time.

If you want a quick car wash that isnt thorough, this is the place for you. Huge spots in my car that werent even vaccumed, mats werent wiped down. Middle console hardly touched. Disappointing. Theyre so focused on quick turnarounds rather than quality work. Not a fan, and I wont be coming back.

Horrible paid for a managers special added rainx on all my windows did do that and didnt clean most of the insides and spots all over the outside didnt clean the inside windows and when I said something the young man walked away didnt even care

Very good job on outside but the inside was barely wiped down especially in the center console and the doors ....didnt wipe down seats or vacuum thoroughly my boyfriend had to go back and vacuum and wipe down the inside

I would not go back. The inside was barely vacummed and wiped down. I should have just paid my kids to do it. Very disappointed! I guess i shouldnt have expected much from a 10 min car wash.

Terrible experience, I paid $36 for the manager special and my car looks kinda the same, I was expecting more for what I paid. First and last time here!!! Really disappointed!!

Convenietly get your car washed. They do an average job so at least you dont have to do it yourself.
