I would usually get the exterior & interior done with the lava wax, but the last two times theyve failed to properly clean it inside and out, not to mention the poor quality of the wax (its mainly the wax I object to). I dont expect the wash to get everything, but I would have expected conspicuous bird poop to be scraped off, and on the inside, spilt coffee on the console to be wiped clean. You know, the reasons youd take a car to be washed when you dont have the time or resources to do it yourself. My issue with the wax has to do with the two-week old spots from the rain the day after I had it waxed. I can overlook the bird poop & the coffee; at 6:30 pm, everybodys tired, I got it. but do not overpay for that wax. The monthly pass definitely looks like the best option. If I had it, it would have taken care of a lot of my issues, and the service is decently fast given the volume.

I had A wonderful experience from the moment I arrived, until I left with a shiny washed car! I truly have been on the hunt for a inexpensive car wash for a while now, I finally found a place. The staff is very friendly and had a wonderful deal on a package for monthly car washes. Its not hand washed, but you go thru the mechanical wash and have the option to self-vacuum after. For twenty bucks a month you get unlimited washes, literally you can go every day if youd like. Thats a deal you cant beat! Its on a spacious lot, and theres normally no wait! Highly recommended!

Horrible service signed up for the unlimited club, they washed my plastic mats without asking and now my carpeted mats are soaked. The guy directing people into the wash kept telling me to hold the brake then yelled when i wasnt going. They threw my receipt away and applyied stickers to my brand new car without even asking. I would never recommend them to anyone. And 33 dollars for a single wash is just an insane amount of money

This is the worst car wash I ever went to the most unprofessional people they have no clue to what going on to are unable to clean a vehicle they left stuff all over the car stuff a blind man could see didnt make an effort to vacuum the car and are why over priced I would not recommend this place at all go somewhere that will do there job this is place needs to learn business skills

Terrible service...I asked about the price of full service detailing and one of the guys had no idea and told me to ask the cashier. It turned out to be $28. I asked the team of people that were drying and taking care of the interior to vacuum the rear area and nothing was done. The car was still wet and everything was half done. I will never go back to this location.

Expensive prices for cheap service...I had been to this location before and received amazing service. When I spoke to the "manager" this time around his explanation to the half-a**ed job he stated that they dont not provide the same services from before. Yet they still charge the same steep prices. I do not recommend this car wash if you want a full service car wash.

I went when the Full Service was closed, but the full mechanical car wash is still open. This is one of the later openings for such service in the area. The staff was very friendly. They noticed that the first wash didnt get all the gunk off the car, so they scrubbed it and had me run it again. I had a coupon so even better. Recommended!

Similar experience to other recent reviewers. Dirt and bird poop still all over the car even after the Super Wash. The crew looked like they were carefully wiping down and cleaning up remaining dirt and spots, but when I got home, clearly visible patches of poop and dirt were still there. Im sticking with Mr Gees down the street.

They do not treat you as a customer and poor service and not eduacated,bad managers ,they do not deserve the place even,more better to closed the place. Their washing machine might damage your car like what happened to my car and they will Do nothing for the problem happen Uuuuu do not go there bad for your car

They did clean the car, but not to my specifications. If Im going to pay $33 dollars for a car wash, I expect the door jams to be wiped, no wet towel stains on my seat, and finally no water left on my gear box/stick. Therefore, Im rating at 3 stars. Hoping to change that should I decide to return.

I paid for the cheapest car wash and the car came out filthy. We laughed at how much dirt was still on the car after driving through the line. I didnt think it would be possible to stay that dirty. Not sure if you get the best wash it would be any better but this car wash is horrible!

They give you discount coupon and when you come back next it didnt work when you ask why???? they said ask the manager we dont now when you go to the manager he said not for this service but they give you the cupon for the same service . In short f*****n service they have it .

From the attendant to the cashier their attitude is worst!! And they are not in a business people!!! The person direct me the machine is he has no idea where I have to steer my steering and he direct me to the wrong side at the same time the ladder broke my car hub cups!!!

Ill never come back to this place again. The dryer blew my wiper and when I tried to complain to the manager, he said none of his business. He gave me the broken wiper from inside the washer and he told me the company was not liable for any damage. Hmmm it sucks !

Worst car wash experience ever. Incredibly confusing set up, overpriced, the people acted like they were robots and grunted at you. In addition, they didnt even wipe down my interior even though I paid $18 additional fee for them to do.

Only good if you get $24 or higher package. I made the mistake of going in for a quick $7 wash. I went in with birdpoop on my car and came out with bird poop and a bunch of water spots. I cant beleive this charged for this.

Clean your own car if the machine cant satisfy you and stop being lazy you pay cheap and be a dick people dont want to serve you it is the customers not the business i love this place been going there since it opened

Great worker and everyone is very nice. The owner has been going up on the price every year though, well, at least it feels like he has. Its easy to spot too and they open early too.

I liked it, quality service, but I did feel like I had to keep an eye on them at the end to make sure they vacuumed and cleaned any left over debris from the outside of my car.

Car wash washes ones car. Its as simple as that. Considering theres often a line that extends into a busy street, I suggest trying to get your car washed on the off-hours.
