anyone who complains about too little vacuuming or not having their car wiped down enough are obviously not smart individuals if you want something else done just ask !!! i know this because i work there sometimes ! to get what you want you have to be nice, and people come in and are really mean about everything and expect to be treated like royalty ! "do unto others as they do unto you" it doesnt matter if "the customer is always right" were all human beings treat each other nicely !!! if youre nice the "over weight hispanic manager" is super nice to you !! another thing THAT WAS RUDE CALLING HIM THAT DIDNT YOUR MOTHER TEACH YOU ANY BETTER WHY NOT TAKE THAT STICK OUT OF YOUR BUTT AND BE NICE these people are kind and work very hard to please all their customers !! and no im not biased we wash our family car there all the time and they do a fantastic job !

I still had bird poo on my car window; the truck havent been vacuumed, the leather car seat hadnt been wiped at all. I really should have inspected my car before leaving the location but Ive never had to do that before at other car washes. What was more so upsetting is that these issues probably wouldnt even be an issue if the workers cared at all about their workmanship. I went on a weekday at 2 pm and was the only car being serviced; yet they completely abandoned cleaning my car less than 1 min after it came out of the wash, just standing there, not trying at all for customer satisfaction. No one wants to pay for an Ultimate Wash, and still have to go home and clean the car yourself. Also, to reviewer below: I have also developed white streaks on my car which were never in this brand new car before...

I was unsure of coming here having read all the poor reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised! At $17.90 it is rather expensive but the team are extremely fast, thorough, and gracious. They work really hard and it shows - my car is beautiful and like new thanks to them. Their supervisor even knew exactly how to clean a stubborn mystery stain from parking in a leaky garage and make my car look like new. Highly recommended if your car needs a good cleaning inside & out and you dont mind spending a bit extra.

Ive taken my car here about 7 times because its convenient. They do a decent job with a simple wash. I tried the deluxe interior/exterior package and it was the worst job ever...about $175 for nothing. Seriously, they did not do half of the things they advertised and the manager was not at all helpful...and kept putting his hands on my shoulder. Get the cheapest wash and nothing more at this place. Better yet, try a place that actually fulfills what it advertises and deals with complaints in a fair way.

They are bunch of thieves. Low quality workers who are use sub standard material. They spoilt my tachometer glass and completely changed their statement. The worst is this guy Andrew who comes up with absurd excuses calling liquid (white or clear streaks) as coffee marks. How in the world would coffee marks be sprayed inside the car tachometer?? Please do not go there if you value your car. My Infiniti G37 is spoilt because of these thieves.

I came here expecting a full car wash - inside and out. To my surprise, they were "done" in less than ten minutes. What I got was a NEW SCRATCH on my backseat door and an interior that was completely ignored. I asked a guy if they vacuumed the inside, and they said "yeah, at the beginning." I ask if they have a vacuum so I can do it myself. He hands me one and walks away. No offer to help. No apology. Nothing. Never going back here.

went there yesterday for the first time, worst car wash experience ever. $26.00 and i had to have the manager rewipe the car while the crew set and watched. i walked the manager around my car and ask how could they forget to do the basics of wiping a wet car down and he replied they are just human. i will never go back. the crew was really scummy looking and sitting around with nothing to do. this place is a disgrace.

This is a the absolute last place you should take your car to get clean. 16.95 for an automatic car wash that doesnt get the car even remotely clean. When you bring this to the attention of the staff they are abrasive and rude. One gentlemen began spraying the body of my car with glass cleaning when I complained that bird poop was still on my car. When I asked him to stop he cursed me. Horrible horrible service

Ok and nothing more. Dont waste your money on their ULTIMATE wash since you wont see any difference, and probably they dont even know what it means. In any event, youll have to wipe the car yourself if you dont want to see spots. Interior also ok, but pretty basic. For $17.95 (basic) and $23.95 (basic aka ultimate) Id expect much much more. They have a convenient city location and they sure take advantage of it.

The wash was fine, no complaints. The receipt for the service, however, listed "DC Car-Wash" tax. There is no DC "car wash tax;" there is a sales tax that quite properly applies to car washes just as to does to other good and services. I suspect this is a misguided protest to the application of the tax to car washing services, but the practice is misleading and should stop.

First time i washed my car here. I used to wash it myself at other flagship centers with self-wash bays. But this time i had to wash my car quickly because of the unbelievable quantity of salt on it (thank you DC city). The service was very fast, between 5 to 10 min, with the ultimate wash at $21.95 and i am very satisfied with the result. Its a good price/quality value.

I got the Ultimate Wash but the front of the car looked like it was not even touched as lots of dirt and bug splatter remained. The backseat floor rugs were also not thoroughly vacuumed (perhaps not even vacuumed at all) because there were still plenty of hair strands left. The best part of this wash was the quickness (<10 minutes) but its not worth the poor service.

How would you feel if they didnt go good with cleaning or drying if you pay that much of money. I actually pulled over after they dry my car just because its not even dry I have to do it myself with good job than their lack job. Even worst they was watching me to do the job. They could have come to me and ask me if I am satisfied or not. Dont go there!

Been going here for years and am always satisfied. Sometimes the back of the trunk lid doesnt get cleaned perfectly due to its location and the way the automation works but thats understandable. The Rockville location has an exterior wash only option for $11 with the coupon so I often take advantage of that when Im in a saving money mode.

For under $20, you get a full car wash and even the inside of your car cleaned (including all the inside windows!). You pull up, turn over your keys, and watch around 6 guys do their magic. The whole experience takes under ten minutes. Its awesome. We also got a coupon to return upon check out! If youre in the area, stop here!
