This is my first time ever leaving a Google review, because this is the worst car wash Ive ever been to. I dont know if I expect too much from a car wash or this car wash falls short of expectations. I do know that previous car washes that Ive been to have employees that help you out. Firstly, I paid $14 to get my car washed, then I tipped the workers an extra $5, because I was under the impression  that they help wipe down cars and clean the interior. But I was wrong, they dont help you with anything. Then I asked an employee for a towel to wipe down my car myself, and they pointed me to a vending machine to buy a $2 towel to wipe down my car. I also had to pay an extra $2 to vacuum  the interior of my car. It was a waste of my time and money, there is no difference between this car wash and a regular gas station car wash. Instead of wasting my time here, I could have driven to my nearest gas station at my own convenience, and vacuumed my car myself. Dont waste your money here, go somewhere where their employees help out for a well deserved tip, or go to a gas station and wash your car yourself.

This car wash is no better than your typical $8 gas station drive-thru/auto carwash. The business takes advantage of its location. If you need a quick wash before shipping your vehicle from the nearby Vehicle Processing Center, do not go here OR only pay for the basic wash. I paid the premium price of $18 for two kids to run a brush on the cars exterior before running it through the auto wash/dry. That was it! No interior cleaning, no special attention given to the tires, etc. A total waste and then $2 a pop to use the vacuum. Buyer beware. This is not a full service car wash and if you are shipping your car from the VPC, arrive early to allow time to find another car wash if needed. This place will not do the job. Its a nickel and dime facility. Since its not full service, if you do decide to wipe down your own interior and completely dry the outside, be prepared to purchase towels and other supplies from a vending machine. A waste of time and money.

Parked under powerline, drove at night. Collected bird poop and bugs on car. Went to this facility because the reviews promised a good job. Was disappointed. This is a mostly automated facility. There were two folks out front who used brushes on car to remove the collection of bugs. They missed the bird poop. Had to go through a second time as wash left on several bugs and poop.. Second wash removed the bugs, but left poop. People at wash exit would have solved the leftover problem. Unfortunately, this facility doesnt provide that level of staffing. Overall, the Water Works Car Wash gets a C-/D+.

TIRED OF BAD SERVICE! Not at this carwash. Sparkling clean car, from a bright modern CLEAN premises. Friendly young people to help you. When was the last time a young man under 20 asked you, "Can I help with anything" with a beaming smile, at the automatic machine. OWNERS Keep up the great work, and if you go to get your car washed, please dont forget to tip these young men as it is hard out there working in all kinds of temps!!! I left with a smile today.

Lonnie & Matt did a fantastic job. Very pleased with my experience. They were both very pleasant and professional. Matt was very well spoken as they guided my vehicle through the all cloth automatic. My overall experience was extremely pleasant and I will definitely recommend this car wash to all my friends and family.

I love going here for a car wash! The touch free wash is 24/7 (shown in my photos) which is so cool! I dont have any complains for their quality of services but only 4 stars because of their price (pictures for the price). In my opinion, their price is a bit tad high. But Ill still use this place for my car! :-)

This place needs a tip jar for the guys prewashing cars for the automatic wash. Car was covered in bird droppings and the guys working this afternoon (2/5/17) took extra time to really work at getting it all off. Excellent service thanks to the two young men washing down cars in the cold!

Awsome experience. Tried the laser wash because Ive always been a skeptic of touch free washes but damn... It did an awsome job. The vacuums work, the vending machine is always stocked and the people are super nice. Worth the 30 min commute once a week.

Employees keep this place nice and clean. Its best to go early in the morning because it gets pretty busy. Everything works here so u never have to worry about a vacuum or a vending machine taking your change.
