I first discovered this place after buying my first car from, Liberty Ford with their free car wash ads (No longer own that car). I met a man named, Jim which is the manager of the car wash. He explained to me different features and the RFID chip they offer with their soft touch car wash service. This RFID chip lets you automatically enter the wash as many times as you desire for a full body cleaning and waxing using the extreme wash service. The extreme wash costs $12 as it is, so if you want to wash your car every week, buying the RFID chip plan for a full year at $300 is a steal! I take my car in every time it snows because I do not want any salt to corrode my parts. The undercarriage wash is just great for this. Now, after, Jim initially explained the RFID plan, I came back later on to purchase it. This is when I met the attendant, Mike. Mike processed my transaction and went further into details on what the machine does. Whenever I pass by, Mike is always on the job site doing what he does best. He is polite and attentive with the customers. He keeps the place nice and clean at all times. And he always has buckets filled with rim cleaning detergent and brushes at your disposal while you wait in line for the car wash. If I could rate him based on his performance, I would give him a 6 out of 5. Overall, I love this place.

BEWARE!! DISHONEST OWNER. My M5 was damaged when a malfunctioning door closed on it scraping the trunk and back fender.Have spoken with the employee on duty and we reviewed the video which clearly showed what happened. Have tried to contact owner 5 times in last 5 weeks and he refuses to respond. Now will have to hire an attorney to sue him. No question we will win. Instead of costing him $1000 to repair car, it will cost him 3-4 times that much because of legal expenses. In addition to being dishonest he is foolish. Oh well, also now loses about $1500 year in business because my wife and I would each go there about weekly.

Overall we were very disappointed. The car wash says it costs $3. The bill machine accepts either $1s or $5s but does not give you extra time for putting in $5, nor does it give you change. It allows you to pay $5 on your credit card, but again, does not give you any extra time compared to if you paid $3 in coins. Good luck with that however, as the coin machine was jammed and had blue tape over it. Because of this, we could not add coins so we were forced to pay in $5 increments. We will not be going here any more.

I went to this car wash to get a hand wash and vacuum/clean the inside, and I was very impressed with the new manager Jose. He cleaned my car very well, he was friendly, and despite it being close to 100 degrees outside, he didnt do a rush job, he did a superb job, going above and beyond. This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. Thanks a lot Jose.

Jimmy was very rude to my husband, he use a cursed word ( the F word) at him , when my husband told him the car wash stop working. After my husband went back to talk to him again , he did apologize to him and said he would give him a free car wash if he would return again. We will not be returning, because of the bad customer service.

Mike is a great attendant, any time Im there the customers seem to be very pleased with his friendly demeanor and efficiency. The car wash itself is kept clean and well lit at night, and as an added bonus they have newer equipment and security cameras. My friends also choose this car wash, and I have, and would recommend it.

Just went there with my little 5x10 utility trailer to squirt it off, only had some dirt on it from sitting in the yard, was told that I had to use the truck/RV bay which cost $15 more. I said never mind Ill do it at home for free. If thats how they want to be, then Ill take my businesse elsewhere from now on.

I am new to the area and my car needed a wash the other day and i stopped in. The new owners of this lot were on site working on remodeling all the car wash bays and getting it looking good. it appears like they will be focusing on good customer service and keeping the lot clean on a regular basis.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Im new to the area and decided to try this self serve car wash. Well lets just say I didnt even get to try the car wash because the owner is so VERY RUDE and unwelcoming I left and went to my usual spot on route 40. SUDSVILLE is so much better!!

I recently got a car wash at this location and was totally impressed. The equipment was new and the price was reasonable. There was even an attendant that was there to assist me. The facility is neat and clean. I highly recommend getting a car wash at this facility.

Under new ownership, this place is great. My mini-van got the best inside and outside hand wash in its life for the price of a machine wash. Great customer service coupled with a great wash. Highly recommended.

Dont waste your time, the machines always malfunction, always taking your money for no service. And theres never any one on site to fix the problem.

Car was dirtier after the wash than when I went on. Did not dry car as blowers at exit did not work. No response to message left on vm.
