When starting to go thru the tunnel that washes ur auto..they have some stupid people..use A VERY HIGH PRESSURE WATER HAND HELD HOSE AND THE PEOPLE THAT DID MY AUTO..GIT SO CLOSE THAT THE HIGH PRESSURE GUN..WHEN THE STARTED ON MY AUTO..IT..WAS DONE WRONG BY THE STUPID PEOPLE THEY HIRE CHEAP..AND IT..PEALED THE PAINT OFF DOWN TO THE METAL OF THE BODY...AND THEY DID THIS TO THE FRONT BUMPER OF MY BRAND NEW AUTO....WHEN I SHOWED THEM...WHAT THEY JUST DID..THE MANAGER SAID...U ENTER AT UR OWN RISK...ALL I WILL DO IS GIVE U A FREE CHEAPEST CAR WASH COUPON...AND I THEN USED THEM FIR DAMAGES THRU MY INSURANCE AND THE THRN SETTLED..SO IT WOULD NOT BE MADE PUBLIC..THAT THIS NATIONWIDE CHAIN FRANCHISE...WILL DESTROY UR PAINT...THRU NOT TRAINING THERE EMPLOYEES..RIGHT ON HOW TO USE THE HAND HELD HIGH PRESSURE HOSES...THAT WILL STRIP UR PAINT COMPLETELY OFF TO THE BASE METAL...AND THEY DO NOTHING TO REPAY...EXCEPT ANOTHER FREE WASH...AND WHY WOULD I WANT TO COME BACK TO A PLACE..THAT IS MANAGED AND RUN BY MORONS...THAT WILL DAMAGE UR AUTO....YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THEM THRU YOUR INSURANCE...WHICH IS A MAJOR HASSLE AND TAKES A COUPLE MONTHS AND THE TIME U HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK OR JUST THE TIME U WASTE OF UR LIFE..HAVING TO CORRECT DAMAGE THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER OCCURED..WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH...AND THE UTTER LIES...THEY TELL U TO JUST GET UR BUSINESS....ITS A FRANCHISE PEOPLE..AND THEY HAVE 900 OF THEM ACROSS THE COUNTRY...AND...THE COMPANY IS OWNED AND RUN BY CRIMINALS....DO N OH T GET FOOLED BY THE GREAT LOOKING OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING...ITS ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS....

Very Poor service. At 13:30 on 28 April 2012, I requested that my car get a complete cleaning inside and out. It cost $26.00. When I got the car back the inside of the car was not clean. All non-glass surfaces were not cleaned. Very strange. I asked the girl who booked me in why they did not clean the dash or the steering wheel or any non-glass surfaces. Her answer, Oh for that you need to pay another $25.00. This is complete bait and switch racket form the customer. I talked to the manager and she was very rude and aggressive. "If you want the interior cleaning you need to pay another $25.00" I had just paid for the $26.00 interior/exterior cleaning. This place looks nice. However, it is complete rip-off joint.

Best car wash Ive found in York. The service is typically fast as well. They offer exterior and interior services. For interior services you park your car and walk inside. They have a gift shop with lots of small items. They offer coffee, soda, and some other food for a fee. There is free popcorn and benches to sit. They also have viewing windows to watch your car to through the system. One of the windows also has a squirt fun where kids can squirt cars as they oass through. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer monthly memberships which are worth it if you are washing your car 3-4 times a month.

Not very happy with what I paid 26 dollars for. I drive a black car and if you value your cars finish do not go here. Going to have to get the car buffed as there are micro scratches all over. They put way too much tire shine on. There is tire shine all over the wheels. They were suppose to clean the windows and wipe things down. Windows have streaks. About the only thing they did good was vacuuming the interior. I called to complain. A manager is suppose to call back so Ill see what they do. Really just want my 26 dollars back so I can put it towards removing the scratches I have now.

Car damage not once but twice at separate locations...first time the hub cap emblem...on when i went in...off when i came out...they tried to say that it didnt happen there...but after going back and forth with them the cap happens emblem pops up...a few weeks ago went through their car wash and i started driving kept hearing a dragging sound underneath my car pulled over and only to see that a guard had knocked loose...that explains why they didnt even wipe my car off when i came outta the car wash...if its to cold to wash it myself than i rather have it dirty than damaged!!!!!!

While watching the guy cleaning the inside of my car, he was squirting cleaning solution On the windows, hit the dream catcher I have hanging in the window and ruined it... I paid $32 and my interior was streaked with white, floor mats still dirty and they completely missed the passenger side door! When I brought it to one employees attention he said "the wait will be about 45 minutes if youd like it redone" after I had already been there for 25 minutes. I will never go back, any car dealership that offers detailing does a MUCH better job.

I take my work van here for washes and oil changes/tire rotation. Staff is always friendly. Car wash is great. Every time I get an oil change they always go over the vehicle and make recommendations on replacing items. Almost every time when I get the tires rotated they forget to reset the air pressure sensors and I have to make a trip back to get them corrected.

Your dealing with kids so it depends on them. While they have positive attitudes it is a crapshoot sometimes. On one occasion they missed the passenger side dash completely. I know their tired but thats what you signed up for. My most positive experience is during the morning, early or late afternoon prior to closing.

FLIP DRU

People get it confused. Platinum package is the wax and protective shield while its going through the exterior wash. You have to pay extra for your whole interior to be wiped down, that is called "final touch". At times they do miss stuff but we are all human right? At the end of the day your car is cleaner.

Probably the best automatic car wash in town, BUT leaves micro scratches and tore off my front license plate and damage to my radio antenna. Cleanliness always depends on the staff on hand and how much time they spend on your vehicle instead of talking. Still prefer hand washing but works in a pinch.

This place is great. Car gets detailed in minutes inside and out and usually looks brand new. Always the occasional spot missed but still way better than I can do. Also offer wax and shampoo for pretty good prices. I use them all the time and will continue too.

I tried this place 2 different times. The first time there was still mud all over my wheels and tires and the second time they only wiped the dash off and nothing else. They didnt even clean the windows that well. Extremely disappointed for what it costs.

Not sure why I spent $35 to get interior cleaned. Floor Mats are still dirty, Windows are very streaked and dash was only dusted the other interior was not even wiped even a little bit. Thought I would give them a try. Apple does a MUCH BETTER job.

Its ok, they do not pay attention to detail as the inside of the car is not left 100% clean. If youre the type of person who isnt about the minor details, than I guess its fine to go here.

Got to love the wash pass. I have had one for years now. $30 bucks a month wash all you want. They do a good job of keeping my cars clean. Friendly staff to get you in and out quickly.
