This automated/self-service car wash is the BEST in Baltimore. Clean, well-lit bays for the person who wants to do the job them self, and there are two automated bays-one touch-free and the other soft touch-that do the job very well at a reasonable price. In the self-serve bays you can expect to find modern wash-controllers that have all the options, and conveniently accept cash, credit cards, or tokens that can be purchased at the washs coin-changer. Theres even an option to apply Rainex to protect your finish and to make your windows repel water. The spot-free rinse does just what is proposes. I like Crystal Clear Car Wash because of its location, next to the Bi-Rite Super Market on Belair Road and only ten-minutes from where I live downtown. The business has clearly-marked driveways, lots of lighting, drive-up areas with lots of space, and a huge area to detail your car after youre done with the wash. And several security cameras offer extra peace of mind. This place is great. Give it a look!

came to plaza carwash today and i came before but i didnt like the way the old attend came off at me so i decided to give them a try after a year and the new worker CHRIS help me out with everything far as showing me how to wash my own car and the water pressure that come out the self serve machine is awesome and it only cost $3.00 to wash your car cant beat that price anywhere. Only down fall is they dont have any thing to wipe your car down with.

This carwash was HORRIBLE!!! The light touch automatic bay was a joke. There was no soap used at all and my car still had bird poop and leaves on it afterwards. Most def NOT worth wasting your time to go here or your safety. It is clearly in the ghetto and although the proximity was convenient when I needed it I wouldnt venture there without self protection!

Enjoyed my experience at Plaza Car Wash . The manager was amazing and very helpful . When I got there the staff that were there were about to leave . I got there around 8pm so it was dark out and the manager even offered to stay behind a little to make sure I was okay . Overall I have a wonderful experience and would recommended this business to anyone.

Absolutly a total rip off. I paid $13.00 for a max car wash called "rain x". The machine dumped soap on my car then just sat there. Finally it told me to back up, which I did and it just sat there again then just shut down leaving my car covered in soap. I had to pay for another car wash to get the soap off my car.

Sam and Chris were extremely helpful. They helped me pick the best wash for my car and answered all my questions. They really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Very kind and polite. They seemed to regularly clean up and the place wasnt busy at all.

Great service! Manger was very nice and walked around to make sure everyone was happy with their services! Would for sure recommend this place to anyone who is looking to wash their car and vacuum their car as well! Very pleased with the services! Car came out very clean

I was looking 4 a car wash because I was tired of washing my own car so I look up car washes places around my area and Plaza Car Wash pops up and I went there and tried the Soft Wash for $13.00 and it did a very good job on my car I will definitely go there for now on

Loved it: in and out in a jiffy and a stellar job on my ride! One of the bays is a "soft touch" — go with that one. Next time business brings me to this neighborhood in Charm City, Im doing it again.

Only reason I give them a 3 is because they did not have their credit card machine working and they did not tell me untill they were done cleaning my car. Other than that they do a very good job.

Chris is a very good employee. He goes above and beyond each and everytime I need my car cleaned. He works with me when I bring it here almost every week, and hes polite and patience.

car wash have good washs packages but dont have no vending machies to finish your car they want you to pay more if they have vending believe they would attract more customers

Most machines are broken open and vandalized, vendor is always empty. Its 24hrs but I wouldnt want to be there after dark.
