My mother got my boyfriend a gift card for this car wash for Christmas. She payed for the platinum wash which was $37 which was supposed to include.. Interior door panels/seats wiped, rubber mats washed (4), windows, vacuum, dash dressed, dash & console wiped, rims wiped, fragrance Exterior rain-X, 24-hour rain guarantee, undercarriage rust inhibitor, rim cleaner x 2, basic exterior wash, tire shine, triple foam, towel dry as stated on their website! Well first they charged him an extra $3 because he has a truck but i mean come on seriously? hes already paying for an expensive wash, what difference does it make? A suburban is bigger than his truck. Absolutely unprofessional. Then the automatic washer ripped off the visor on his truck and they just offered him another free car wash. He had taken that truck through many car washes and never experienced that! Again, his truck is not all decked out with parts sticking out and crazy after market parts! it was just a visor! Then he waited thirty minutes without anyone touching his car for the interior and exterior wash by hand. So he asked "Is my car finished" and a women ran out to the car, ran back in and said "Oh yes its all done!". My boyfriend walks out to his car and his tires are not shined, the inside rubber mats still have dirt in them, the windshield is fingerprinted and filthy, and his chrome bumper is dusty and untouched. They didnt make him pay for the wash but i mean seriously?! who would want to come back? this place is terrible RUN!

My first experience was good enough that I signed up for the free month of unlimited washes. When the free month expired I maintained the membership because I was pleased with the service received in the first month. First month under the paid membership was decent, but my car exterior was not fully clean as there were spots. I had the mind that there is a margin of error, so I gave it another chance. Next time I went for a wash I was told all things that were included before now had an additional charge of 10. Because this was not explained I chose to pay the 10 for the additional services but cancel my membership. The wash and services were incomplete even though I paid the extra $10. Upon canceling the membership I was told that my membership was valid until the next payment cycle ( an entire month). I went back today to get a basic wash under the membership and was told that I didnt have any more washes allotted. Prior to this moment it was again not stated that there were an allotted amount of washes under the membership. Im disappointed in the business as a whole as they are not CLEAR about the membership details even with the less than stellar service to the car.

Review for people with large trucks and dark exterior color. I was really impressed with the interior building and how clean and professional the staff was. The reason for such a disappointment was I expected a immaculately clean vehicle and felt that I didnt get it. So bad to the point when I got home I windex my front and rear windows and wiped down my door panels. In there defense I do have an oversized truck which they probably couldnt reach the windows to clean, but why was I made in paying extra money for having an oversized vehicle if it didnt get done. If you have a smaller vehicle Im sure the job would have been done better. Also i have such a dark exterior color (rainforest green) that everything shows up so In more disappointment I saw many water marks on the exterior when I left. If you clean your vehicle once a month here and you keep up with it weekly yourself I would recommend this place maybe once a month, but a monthly membership for a subpar vehicle cleaning to me isnt worth it.

About to take a road trip, and had heard good things about canton car wash. Visited the Nottingham location, and selected the $37 platinum wash. Like a dummy i didnt inspect the car before I accepted it from the workers. As I was driving g off (but still on the parking lot) I noticed they hadnt vacuumed behind the front seats. I pull into the self vacuum area and vacuum that area. Then I make my next stop, 5 miles away. Thats when I notice my rims are filthy. REALLY, canton Car wash???? So now I need to go home, clean my rims by hand - completely negating why I went to the car wash. I wont be returning to this overpriced and underperforming car wash. Ill stick with Roys in Glen Burnie, where for 17 i get a much better outcome. Edit: all the employees were very nice, particularly the greeter who explained the services and prices.

I stated all 6 of my cars have gotten detailed here because i have not been able to take to dimond detailing in a wile and its close to home this past expiriance has been a very bad one paid 45$ for my 2016 dodgd durango RT and another 45$ for my 2016 honda pilot. The durango was not that clean i figure i can go home ans finish the rest but the pilot once side had noticible dirt on the passenger side if i did not walk around they would habe let us go like that... Unbelievable i will no longer be bringing my vehicles to canton carwash in whitemarsh. Had to say was very convenient but for a sloppy job i will drive the extra distance and continue to use dimond detail for my vehicles... Unexeptible and very unpleased.. I will let people know about my expireance and make sure i never reccomend canton carwash ever again...

Pretty lousy. First time I thought my car was just really dirty and it had been an oversight. I went back (several weeks later) with two cars. The wash is lack luster (smears of dirt or just dirt that was missed). Dont expect your wheel rims to be touched or cleaned. Inside was adequate with carpets vacuumed but dash panel slightly wiped down. The console with the radio was skipped and so was the instrument panel. I think they used a dirty cloth for the window as I had streaks all over the window the next day. For $40+ bucks per car Id expect much more attention to detail. My suggestion is that if you are in dire need, use them, otherwise spend the time to wash and maintain your car yourself.

First time visit and last. $37 and that does not include a hot wax. I opted for the hot wax for anotherb $5, so now were up to $42. They bring the car out and they popped out a panel by the gas pedal and left it on the passenger side. I asked what happened and no one had an answer. I ask for the manager. I explained to him that I didnt have issues with the panel before and that I am a first time customer. No apology, not a mention of how can I make your next visit better or a coupon..or something. All he said was he was going to check the camera to see what happened. I get home and I look at the back and the back consoles were not wiped off, I had to do that myself. Bad service and overpriced!
