Very, very poor service and quality. Upon arriving and requesting the $26 Ultra Wash, their top of the line service, the employee at the vacuum station asked me for an additional $5 in cash because he really needed the tip. I said "Im sorry, I dont understand". He asked me 2 additional times for a $5 cash tip. I walked away from him as the Ultra Wash is supposed to include a complete interior vacuum. The quality of the wash was poor with old mud stains remaining on the passenger side and roof. The exterior windshield was still dirty. Center console dirty and needless to say the vacuum job was poor with debris left on the seats and floor (large and small debris). I called the manager upon arriving home to offer some feedback... He said "Im sorry" and hung up on me. Will never go back. I have never written a negative review before about any small business as I strongly feel that everybody has a bad day from time to time and hey, its only a car wash, But in that the manager / owner was unwilling to listen I feel compelled to write this. And I wasnt even asking for anything, only called to offer feedback and was hung up on.... wow. Will never go back!!!!! I will drive the extra miles to the Canton Car Wash for excellent service and top notch quality.

The car wash was $25.00 which was not bad based on how my car looked. I also placed $4.00 in the tip box. Due to the fact that I work in customer service I try to tip as much as possible. After driving off of the lot, I realized that the car wash attendees had stole from my car. The items that wear missing were $4.00 in quarters and dimes from the my hidden coin holder (but left the pennies and nickles), $2.00 which was my emergency coffee money that was hidden in the center console (which they did not clean out), and my $30.00 apple ear buds that were in my glove box. I than proceeded to go see the manager of the business to inform her that her employees had gone searching through my car to find items to take. Her first response was that I was not there today, after showing the woman my receipt, I was than told it was my fault that the items were missing, followed by her telling me that I was lying and the items were never in my car. When I informed her that customer service skills where sub-par at best ,and that she needed to find my items and money before I called the police. She started screaming "HELP" and ran out of the building. Once outside she told other customers that I was trying to attack her. Which was completely untrue.

The only way Google let me write a review is if I left a star. This place deserves a negative star. Actually about 6. I was there today and when entering the lobby a young man was asking for a refund in a nice a polite tone. He said they did not do s good job. The Korean lady began to go off on him. Finger in ha face screaming at him. The lady was rude and disrespectful to several people. I witnessed it Myself and another lady got involved with him to ensure she would not speak to him this way. This Korean lady began to scream at him with her finger in his face. On video that the other lady caught her on. She snatched this young mans keys from him jumped in his truck would not get out She drove it and jumped out and left it open. I called the police, they came saw the video. They wanted to arrest her, but the young man wanted his refund and respect. I will not stop until this gets told over and over again. She is one hot mess and all the workers are totally scared of her. DONT GO THERE. Not my son but I refused to watch this lady treat him any kind of way. She said she was going to call police. Nope I did.

I took my wifes car in for exterior wax & 20 minutes later I come out to the detail bay to see a employee pouring gasoline on buffing pad & started to buff out a few hard water spots , I picked up the 1 gallon gas can to smell & make sure it wasnt gas .to my surprise it was gasoline they were using . @ this point Im pissed off , go ask for refund w/Asian owner & b4 he started accusations against me (turned on video recorder & pointed it in his face & showed him the clear coat that was now missing from 1 area of hood from gasoline used as buffing solution . Long story short . Straight up hustlers ,just like the majority of other Asian owned businesses around this area ! DO NOT EVEN GO HERE ,you will not be happy

I pulled up to this carwash and asked an employee sitting out front how much a basic carwash would be and he refused to answer. He motioned for me to go around to the back to discuss with another employee. I reluctantly agreed, and learned from another rude employee that the cost was $8. By this point I was ready to leave and go elsewhere, but a line had formed behind me, so it was impossible to get out without causing a major traffic jam for others. Ultimately they charged me $10 because the fine print adds more for SUVs (though there is zero extra work for an automatic no-frills wash of a larger car), and didnt rinse the car well and it was covered in soapy streaks. Waste of my money. I do not recommend.

I have never been to this place before and I do not like the way I was treated. The guy walks to my car and says what do you want, I pick my choice. He then proceeds to tell me to roll my windows up and if I want to tip I can put it in the box. Long story short another man approach me and asks to i have a ticket, I say yes and then get out my car. This part really made me hot because as soon as I got ready to walk away he says do you have tip for us, I say what, he say do you have tip for us in no. Whoever the last that works the phones is, is rude. She was on her phone the entire time she processed my transaction. Not saying hello have a good day kiss my ass. First and last time coming here!!!

Everything is hurried/rushed. Vacuuming is sub par and havent been here once that my windows are smeared. They also seem to miss wiping interior areas. Last time I was there, the vacuum guys harassed me for a bigger tip after I pointed out how horrible the vac was.. He literally told me for 10.00 he would do seats too?!?!?! Arent they supposed to do seats? I left and did the car myself at Exxon. This car wash is over priced and extremely underwhelming! Must get their act together and treat the customers better. Wont be back until that owner apologizes for my experience and the waste of my hard earned money my last 2 visits..

Customer service is horrible! Employee broke my cell phone holder (on my vent) and the managers argued with me about it. They stated that it was broken before I came to the car wash, which is a lie. The employee hid my cell phone holder in the console and lied about moving it. Also, the employee did not clean my rims properly and I had to ask someone to reclean them. Avoid this place! Go somewhere else or wash your car yourself. If anything goes wrong with your vehicle, then be prepared for them to do nothing about it.
