I used to love this place and have spent hundreds there over the years. However, last weekend I recommended the touch-less wash to my husband. He recently purchased a new car and wants to keep it nice and clean. I didnt give my recommendation a second thought. Ive used it before and was planning on using it again. When we arrived it looked as if they had changed their equipment to serve more customers who wanted the touch wash. We spent the $12, put his car through it and were disgusted with the outcome. The car (which was NOT very dirty) was streaked -- you could see every line the jets had hit and they left a spray of dirt on either side of them. If my husbands car didnt look dirty before, it looked filthy now. Disappointed, we used the self-wash and were able to blast and scrub the dirt lines off of the car. By then we had spent about $25. I then called the number and requested politely that they call us back. At no point did I mention a refund. Later that week, believing they would still call me back, I attempted to use their hand self-wash for my own vehicle. We had just used a credit card machine in that very bay a few days before, but it seemed that day it was down. Then I found out they were all down. My two phone calls, the first about my husbands car and the second about the credit card machines both went unanswered. Go to a car wash that has friendly customer service, working machines and appreciates your business. Dont go here.

I went there for a quick car wash. Used my debit card at the hand washing. It wasnt a good car wash first off. It costed 5.50 before i gave up. When i checked my emails it said that they took 20.00 from me. I tried to call the number but guess what no answer. Typical. So now a single mom of three has to survive a week with 30 dollars on her account.

Specifically chose the wash that wasnt supposed to add clear coat protectant but it left a smeary film all over my car. Hopefully it will come off when I get a chance to hand wash it. I tried to clean the windows when I got home with invisible glass but it still smears. I wont go there again

Do not use this car wash. Very bad job. Spent $9 for touch less wash without dry. Soap and water was sprayed but no brush was deployed and did not clean my car properly. At the end, I could be see drops of soap all over my black car. Worst car wash job ever seen.

Bays are usually clean. The automatic drive thru bay is reasonably priced and does a fairly decent job of cleaning your car.

I spent the $12 drove in and it never even washed my car! No number to call to even get reimbursed!! Dont go there

So I went cheap and got the $9 quick wash. Ended up hand washing it afterward. $12 isnt much better. Grrr!!
