The past couple times were not satisfactory for me. First off I pulled in one evening , and it was just my vehicle in line, the vacuums were still up and running. They stopped me only to tear down the vacuum hoses for the evening , and said exterior only. I understand they have to break it down at some point but come on I was the only car. Then I wanted to pay cash however was told it was more convenient for them to accept my card outside. It gets better, I moved on and decided that I would give it another go. I got the gold wash which is interior/exterior, and everything went great... So I thought. I pulled out of the parking lot, heard my hitch pin rolling around and thought no big deal they pulled it off to run it through the wash Ill put it back in when I stop. Well when I stopped, I realized the rusty, and greasy hitch was sat on my rear leather seat, and now I have grease stains on the seat. I have floor mats, which would have worked perfect to sit that hitch on. After that I had no choice but to Write this post. Ill be honest the service was great before those two incidents. Ill call it how it is

I have been visiting this car wash for more than 10 years. Each time seem to disappoint just a little more than the last. I order the "silver wash" for $24. Here is a list of what I was supposed to get compare to what I got. *Thorough exterior *prep* wash: Wash? as the business name suggested *prep?* They send my car straight into the machine after the vacuum. In my previous visits, they used to scrub and power-wash the wheels, rocker panels, trunk before sending the car into the tunnel. Not this time. *underbody wash: Yes *hand dry: Yes *interior vacuum: Yes *window cleaning: outside: Yes part of the exterior wash; inside: no *sealer wax: Yes *dashboard dusting: I must have misunderstood. I think I received some extra dust afterward *tire shine: definitely not *triple foam polish: Yes, I did see many different color liquids Bottom line. If it was not cold outside. I would have definitely wash the car myself. Alternatively I should have just goto the gas station car wash for 1/3 the cost.

Mr. McGinnis, Thank you for your review. When making positive change for our customers we knew it would be difficult at first for both customers and crew members. Feedback from customers is always helpful when moving a business forward. Our decision to extend our business hours Tuesday – Thursday from 5-7pm for two hours only for Exterior wash only was just for that purpose. And yes right at 5:00 we do cut it sharp right from the beginning of the program’s inception so that there would be no confusion of customers or crew. Please keep in mind that in the 30 years that the wash has been here it has never been open past 5pm. There were two training issue’s, trailer hitch and how one is to greet a customer, that you brought up that will be address immediately and we thank you for your input on these items. Please, if you can, bring your vehicle by so we can clean the seat properly for you. Again accept our sincere apology on the placement of the trailer hitch.

I had my 2 week old Truck washed there after a snow storm. Pretty much to get the salt off and vacuumed out. The truck came out from the car wash where employees in the parking lot dried it off and cleaned the windows etc. One of the ladys did a fine job but the other lady was sloppy and I watched her drop a drying rag on the ground and then picked it up with her foot.. Then she started wiping my brand new truck off with a rag that was on the ground with the possibility of gravel and dirt being in the rag. Im not sure if anyone would really like to have there vehicle rubbed down with gravel new or old. After everything was said and done The paint was ok but the vacuum job was done half ass and they missed two spots of dried up bird poo on the fenders. I know it wasnt a detailing job that cost hundreds of dollars but damn people have a little common sense and a little more pride in your job no matter how little or big .

Mr. Siu, In response to the post on social media regarding the car wash service received. Two years ago the car wash installed 14 pieces of new equipment to specifically address the outside of the vehicle. All 14 pieces address the prepping of the vehicle. When purchasing this particular wash the attendants will only dust off the top of the dash board. Regretfully if this did not happen this should have been brought to the attendant’s attention. The windows would have been cleaned inside and out and tire shine applied. Without bringing it to anyone’s attention before leaving, we have no way of knowing if this service was completed. Again, the Westminster Car Was and Detailing regrets the inconvenience this has caused.

To drive in the beginning of this experience was above satisfactory. Everyone was friendly prices are a little excessive. Specific instructions were given to not try to peel off a magnet on the side of the door . As my truck sat in line to be detailed somehow got bypassed and set aside as six other cars after me were detailed and left. I confronted one of the attendants and they quickly try to remedy the situation. However, the windows were extremely streaky and as my truck dried in the sun , water spots were obvious all over the truck, in my opinion they were understaffed and the quality of service was poor at best for spending 30.00 for a truck wash

Would definitely NOT recommend. I thought I would give them another try - initially was not impressed with their very superficial wipedown/interior cleaning, but the location is convenient. This time, their service is extremely slow, they have poor attention to detail - I purposely went during a time when it was not crowded, but it did not make a difference. Being short-staffed was not an excuse -- they were extremely inefficient and did not clean basic items. I typically pay less at another full car wash/detailing center which does a much more thorough job, has more efficient customer service, and values return customers.

Excellent and Friendly staff. Thorough job, inside and out. most times there is a waiting line out to the road.. patience during those times is a must. I joined the Unlimited Club.. Fantastic! Now I can go anytime, not even get out of my car! and they have new "exterior Only" hours, tuesday thru thursday, 5-7. I love that. Works in my busy schedule! Thanks Westminster Car Wash folks for keeping my car in "Show Room" condition! Oh my, just realized because I am in the waiting room and using this tablet to check out website and filed a review... THIS IS NOT SEAN LARKIN! THIS IS DIANE SMITH..

AWESOME PLACE NOW a days you go to a carwash and get poor service and customer help. When i went here they were the best service i could have asked for, not only did they have great managers and employees. Vacuum job and the people finishing my car where great. SPOTLESS!!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! When my rims went from looking like complete crap to brand spanking new in 15 mins, awesome job. i mean i can use my rims as a mirror to shave if i wanted to. NO LIE!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME...IM GOING TO BE COMING BACK FOR YEARS. THANKS, WESTMINSTER CAR WASH FOR MAKING THAT POSSIBLE.
