This place has its ups and downs but overall, its a lot nicer with the new ownership. They do care about your cars, and they are also not half high. Its called they wake up super early to open and prepare everything for snobby customers who complain about every little thing. In most cases, over the years of taking my car there Ive seen ridiculous things happen. OF COURSE the hose are going to be frozen if its 20 degrees out, and depending on how your car was damaged and WHY, because there has been people caught on camera who purposely complain that their car got a dent or something broke that was already dented or broken to begin with. ( Proven with the cameras ) which is why this so called damage is not paid for. But if it were truly the machines fault, they would resolve it and pay for the damage as it has happened in front of me. The employees there work their butts off sometimes in the rain and snow just to keep their business running, and customers happy. Try working outside in 2 degree weather with heavy winds or when its 80 degrees out, where youre sweating and your skin is boiling. Through all this they still have a smile. I applaud this car wash as its the best one Ive been to in Hanover. Great deals, and polite employees.

This place used to be nice when it was under the original ownership 3-4 years ago but now its not kept up with and they do not care. I took my car through the automatic wash and they ended up breaking my passenger side mirror (the employees, not the machine) and refused to pay for it after they acknowledged it was their fault. My friend had one of his wheels damaged in the automatic conveyor and they also refused to pay for that. Avoid this place if you actually care about your car.

Worst car wash experience ever. The car wash the employees run you through doesnt work. water is only sprayed on half your car, dryer didnt work at the end. You are better off going through the Soft Touch for $12, opposed to doing the basic wash for $11 like i originally wanted to do. They also tried to sell a service with that car wash that no one in their right mind would be interested in.. No i dont want your crappy service from your half high employees.

This place was decent to clean your car a few years ago when they actually cared to keep the maintenance up.. The self service bays didnt have covers over the drains and their auto wash (non-conveyor) was leaving cars with soapy film on them the last time I was there.. Please improve your carwash and bring it back to the way it was!!

The water from the wands is cold, and contains little if any soap. I couldnt believe it. Go somewhere else.
