I had a few good experiences heres s it was affordable considering I have a larger black vehicle. Several times I asked and paid for tire shine and rain-x and it wouldnt be programmed in to the wash or the guy on the other end just wasnt paying attention. Bringing it up the next week was never a problem and the owner was very nice. I also likes that they wet down my vehicle before going into the wash. But then Im not sure what made them think it was a good idea to scrub something on my door, but I ended up with a 3" diameter scratch clear through the clear coat! When I returned, with much inconvenience, I asked them to make it right. I was polite as theyve always gone out of their way to be polite and helpful. But then the owner left me waiting, with my car running because it was way too hot and my kids were running up on their nap time. After about a half hour and several reminders that I was there waiting, I finally demanded he do it now. No, I cant come back. For 10 minutes he buffed something into the scratch. It looks better but not great. Now, Im afraid to go back. It was annoying enough to Haiti check my car over to make sure they did all the stuff they were supposed to do, now I would have to check to see what damage theyve done. I go to a car wash to help maintain my car so it lasts for years, not have someone carelessly scratch it.

I am going to have to give this place one star. I would describe my experience as: the good, the bad, and the ugly. When I first drove up the lady was super nice and very friendly. As we started to the car wash realized the equipment have ever been cleaned. I watched in horror as I saw rocks flying out of the brushes onto my car. At the very end the attitude of the gentleman who runs the detail crew, was so poor, I never wanted to relive the experience again. Save yourself the headache, just keep driving.

Horrible service! Vehicle was still dirty when they were done. Asked the idiots with the bad attitudes if they could clean it, said thats the responsibility of the guys in the back. Then wanted to charge me an extra $6 to do it. I lost my cool and went ballistic on them. Then they all cleaned it. Save yourself disappointment and frustration. DO NOT GO HERE!

Service "Sucks", Paid $24.00 for exterior and interior cleaning..... And the car wash system did a very poor job on the outside and the staff did a very poor job drying off and cleaning the outside and inside of my vehicle, in fact I end up doing the job for them. Yeah I will not ever go back there!

I had my car washed at the new Rosemont Car Wash and it was impressive. They now have the option to have the interior done, which is so convenient. Definitely Recommend!!!
