They did a terrible job! First of all the fact that they dont put in air freshener and that you have to purchase it on your own is lame and irritating. Secondly the fact that you have to pay to have your trunk vacuumed is equally annoying! I should have known that the job was going to be half assed when they told me it would be ready in 10 mins. My children, dog and I just drove here to spend the summer with my husband who is working at Quantico. We had to get the car cleaned because of the trip and especially because our dog is shedding and there was dog hair all over the passenger seat. When our car was finished the passenger seat hadnt even been vacuumed! How in the world can they say they are finished when there was hair EVERYWHERE?? On top of not vacuuming the seats, they also didnt vacuum my truck, which I had to pay extra for. Its a good thing that I actually looked and payed attention to what I was spending my money on or it would have gone un done. Makes me wonder how many times people have paid for extra things and they go un done! Long Story short I would recommend not using this car wash!!

Deceptive about monthly service! I signed up for their monthly service for two months then cancelled. Then a couple months later while looking over the details of my credit card statement (which I dont do every month), I saw they were continuing to bill my card $59/month for three months after I cancelled. I disputed the charge through my credit card company who came back to me to say that the owner would not refund the $177 that he overcharged me for three months services I never used. I went in to see him today to get the refund, and he refused. He told me that I had to fill out an official form to have the service stopped (something I was never told), and that it was impossible to refund my money. It was clear on my bill that I did not use the car wash during those months-- still no refund? Playing it that way, why wouldnt he just tear up my termination form and keep billing!

Rip off!! I paid $24.99 for their "Platinum" wash. What a joke. First of they make you pay before they even take the car so there is zero incentive to do a good job. Then their tip jar is inside so you can tip before you realize they are ripping you off. I got my car. The outside was clean but that was it. I had my kid with me so I didnt stop to inspect. My mistake. As I was driving I realized they didnt wipe down anything. The dash was dirty, the center consol, the seats...untouched. Their vaccume job was terrible as well, there was grass on the mat in the backseat. For $9.99 I could have run my car though the gas station car wash and gotten the same results. Buyer beware. Stay away from Autospa!! Also they dont provide an air freshener. You have to give them more of your hard earned money and buy one inside. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from here.

I had the absolute worst experience at this car wash. The owner of the place was an absolutely rude and belligerent individual. He demanded that I pay before fully inspecting my car and implied that if I didnt pay before going back out to see my car I would run away without paying. By the way, I did not even had the keys at that point. Aside from the utter disregard for customer service, THE CAR WAS NOT EVEN VACCUMED THOUGH I PAID FOR AN INTERIOR/EXTERIOR DETAIL. I was paying to do an interior and exterior full detail! The work was mediocre, and left some damages to the interior of my car. When I expressed my concern to the owner he threw a thousand excuses at me. I recommend that if anyone wants to get a full detail they go someplace else. At least they wont throw $250 down the drain and be accused of potentially running off with their car.

The service that they give are good but the customer service is horrible. I bought a monthly membership that they claim you can cancel at anytime but that isnt true. They ask you to cancel online so you fill out the link and it ask you for your email but it never emails you the cancellation notice. I then called and left 2 voicemails about canceling and I asked that someone return my call no one has called me yet. So my acct was rebilled again today and I called as soon as i noticed it and left another vm and waited 4hours before I called and finally spoke to someone. Ramsey was his name he told me that I didnt send a cancellation that only thing he could do is cancel my membership now and give me a gift card. I dont want a gift card to this place. Poor customer service. They dont follow up with phone calls or emails.

Have been here before 2 years ago and they did a great job - so I thought Id get a great detail for my moms car for Christmas present. I believe 10 year old kids have done better work. Even with an interior/exterior express - these items should have been at least tried: Interior 1. Didnt vacuum trunk or remove mat to vacuum under the trunk mat. Had to wait after dropping car off with no required return time. 2. Window shield werent washed inside or outside 3. Residue of cleaner on all doors and dash interior 4. Speaker screens / mats not returned to proper location Exterior Cant even go into this - a drive thru car wash at a gas station would do a better job. Needless to say, Ill be spending a few hours on the car tomorrow - totally embarrassed that I actually gave this as a Christmas present.

Saturday 29th 1:27pm. $25 car wash. Absolute crap. Not only us, but 3 other customers had issues with their vehicles upon completion of service! Cars were coming out with streaks, dirt, and smudges all over them. They were forgetting to do services that people paid more for. It is run by young teenagers that do not seem to care about the level of service they offer customers. They were slacking off because they had a line of cars around the corner! This place used to be amazing, but much has changed over the past few months... Do NOT recommend! There are tons of options in Woodbridge and I encourage you look elsewhere to get the service you pay for.

Sat there waiting longer than necessary because they didnt call me when my car was done. Instead - they just parked it outside and didnt tell anyone. In addition, they lost one of my plastic placeholders for the drivers side carpet. And to make matters worse, when I double checked to see if they had found the plastic placeholder for the carpet, the only thing that they could think to say was that "it coulda got sucked up by the vacuum." No apologies - no nothing. Not too happy about the silver wash either. I posted a picture of spots they left on the plastic panel of my car. Wont be going here again.

Went there to get my back seats cleaned because my dog threw up. I actually paid less than I thought I would have to because the woman at the front desk told me not to bother getting the whole car cleaned if i just needed the back seat rather than try to talk me into more. They still washed and vacuumed the entire car though, which was a nice addition. The best part was they really did a nice job getting the car cleaned and the smell out, which i had been unable to do myself. The staff was very friendly to top it all off. I have been telling everyone to go there if they need their car cleaned!
