I waited a year and a half for this business to open. I was dissappointed with the black foot prints constantly left on my Suv. running boards and carpets at the 610 carwash and hoped this place would be better. The Santa Fe car wash in Central Park does a great job but I live 2 Blocks from the Stafford Courthouse. At first SF did a great job although if you were in any hurry forget it and be prepared to take 20 min. or more to get back on the road. Then two weeks ago I went in for the "Basic" exterior wash and went home and realized the wheels were black with brake dust. I went back the next day with my receipt and the girl at the counter told me "unless I went for the most expensive wash the wheele are not washed." The previous times I went the wheels were washed as part of the basic. Sante Fe and 610 both wash the wheels as part of the "basic exterior" wash. I guess this is a way for the SF car wash to get you to go for the top price package? I can tell you once they go out of business(and this one looks it is headed that way) and the bank fire sales the business, the next owners will switch on the wheel wash machines as part of the basic wash. That is when I will return to this place of business. In the meantime I will go back down to the Santa Fe wash the difference in price to get the wheels washed will more than cover the gas. Ive have taken my 1996 Dodge Ram to the SF Carwash twice now. The first time was last fall, 2013. Waited 25 minutes for the vaccum even though there was only one other car in front of me. After getting home I noticed my front license plate and mounting bracket were missing. I went back to get them and was told they were not there that it must have fallen off somewhere else. I went back the second time last Saturday, 7/12/14 and as I was going down the hallway to pay I noticed a table to the left with among other items I assume they found after previous car washes my license plate still attached to the mounting bracket. I took them to the counter and said they were mine and I would be taking them with me. When they pulled my truck out to drive around for the wipedown I heard something dragging on the ground. Somehow, they managed to rip the lighted RAM trailer hitch cover in half so that it was just dragging along by the wires. So in summary, Ive been there twice and both times they managed to rip a piece off my vehicle. I wont be going back a third time and I would strongly suggest that if you value your vehicle at all you will avoid this place at all costs. Dirty is better than broken.

This is a new place in Stafford as the community is building up fast. I take my car there 2 times a month and I love it the manager outside is always pleasant to me and my kids and takes good care of us. I have not had any issues even shocked reading the reviews on here. The guys that dry the car are also pleasant and do a great job. I check my car before I leave the lot and I watch them as they vacuum and as it goes thru the wash and when it comes out. No place will be perfect I have had my stem on my tire get ripped of at another but that is the price we pay when you dont wash the car yourself. So my advice is if you dont check your vehicle before you leave blame yourself that is your car they will re-vacuum if it is not up to your standards. Have a blessed day.

Three times, when I went there, it was closed because it was broken down. Then, when it was open, I purchased the best car wash they offered since I was told that it included console cleaning. At the end, the console wasnt touched. I talked to them about it and they didnt care what I was told. They refused to clean the console and were dismissive to the point of rudeness.I insisted that, since that was what I was told and purchased that wash for that reason, they needed to honor that. Even when I said that I was going to rate them, they shrugged and turned their backs on me. I had them re-wipe the dash he did it with an attitude and still it wasnt clean. The windows were streaked. The only positive was that the cashier was nice and professional.

Decided to try SF Carwash today, I was the 2nd vehicle in line and had to wait 15 minutes to get my vehicle vacuumed. It then took them 10 more minutes to actually vacuum it. I then went and paid while it was going to through the wash, after I paid I waited outside for them to pull it around and finish "cleaning" the windows and wiping down the interior and exterior. The kid the pulled it around decided it would be a good idea to speed around, got up to about 30 then slammed on the brakes. When I got into my vehicle to leave I noticed they did not wipe down the inside or clean my windows. I will not go back to this "Carwash" I would advise anyone to stick with 610 Carwash.

Where to begin? So, it is now 10:24am on a Sunday and the car wash is yet to open. The posted hours are 10-6pm, however, that is far from true. There have been 3 other cars that have come and gone. I am waiting, as I dont want to drive any further from my home. The reason as to why an establishment has hours posted, yet not open is: "...were waiting for workers"... This would be okay, had it been posted that no one is coming in on time today, somewhere! Its now 10:30am, and the result is that I decided to leave after all. The past 36 minutes that I wasted resulted in finding out that no one was coming in outside the cashier and one other person...

Visited on 30 Apr. They did a good job on the body of the vehicle, but the wheels where dirty. Didnt get all the bird poop off the windshield so had to clean all the tires plus the windscreen when I got home. Not enough people working so it was a long wait all round about 60 mins in total. They could do a lot more with the space which is really quite big. This was my first visit having just moved to the area and I was a little disappointed. The servuce was good, the technicians and cashier were polite, There just wasnt enough people working so am not sure if I will go back even though the pricing for the services was good

This is a great place to take your vehicle if you want a more detailed wash than the gas station, but are not willing to pay the twenty some dollars for the better wash at the 610 car wash. Sometimes I go here and they do a really fantastic job and I am in and out in 10 minutes. Other times they are understaffed and they take 30 minutes and provide a relatively poor value on their wash missing much of the car when they are drying it... For me, I just understand that I am paying for the wash and light vacuuming, and I will just jump on the freeway for a few miles to dry off the vehicle.
