If someone built a toll bridge to get around this place, and the toll was $250.00, it STILL wouldve ended up cheaper for me then having gotten my car washed here. I have been waiting to write this review until after all of the insurance stuff got hashed out so as not to effect the outcome. The management of this place hasnt responded to a SINGLE attempt at outreach by myself, my family, my insurance company, ANYONE! Read ahead if you can stomach it: So all the way back in August 2016, I took my car here a couple days before I was to drive it across the country to Seattle, WA. The cashier is a very nice gal and this isnt really targeted at the ground level employees so much as the Leadership and Management that doesnt seem to exist in this company. So the car is going through the conveyor belt, and after it exits it just sits out in front of the little garage waiting for the person who will dry it to hop in and drive it to the little station where they finish up the wash. No one comes, and so the next car comes through behind mine and crashes into the back of my car! The second car then bounces back onto the conveyor belt, which pushes it yet again into my car! This bouncing happens a couple of times before finally my car gets moved. As a result, the tabs holding the rear bumper onto the car snap. Here is where the real fun begins: the ranking person on site, has no clue what to do. The cashier has me fill out an accident form of some sort, and after long chats on the phone with the actual manager, this ranking person has nothing reassuring to say at all. "This form will be submitted and then youll get a call in a couple of weeks." Knowing that I am leaving this side of the country soon, myself and the driver of the other car involved decide it best to call the police and take pictures for the insurance company because while the car is safe to drive, I wanted it repaired once I got to Seattle. The police officer comes, we say our piece, and finally I get in my car to find the inside NEVER EVEN GOT CLEANED! So not only did my car get damaged due to their negligence, they didnt offer me a refund, and I didnt even get what I paid for! I made the poor "ranking guy" come out and do it before I left and he was kind enough about it. Following this, I have never once heard from them. My insurance company (USAA) has had no luck reaching the guy who is supposed to give the info so I wouldnt have to pay for this repair that they caused myself. Every time myself or a member of my family still residing in Fredericksburg has tried to contact them, were given the whole "well let the manager know and hell call you back" and it has never once happened. At this point, Ive given up on it so I wanted to put this review out there and try and save a couple people the headache. Final thoughts: If something like this happens to you and youre asked to fill out one of the accident forms, DONT LEAVE UNTIL YOU HAVE THE CONTACT INFO OF SOMEONE THERE. The store isnt good enough, and when we asked about their headquarters they werent able to provide anything. My heart breaks for the poor people working there who have to take heat from customers day in and day out while their leadership is nowhere to be found. Shame on the manager, and to the nice employees there who were left out to dry by there leadership: Abandon ship! There are other places to work.

I brought my brand new van in there yesterday. It still has new plates on it and this was its first car wash. The girl that checked us out was courteous and really helpful going over the packages you offer, and my wife and I decided that wed probably get one of them because we have always loved maintaining immaculate vehicles and after our previous experiences with 610 in Stafford (where we live) we decided that it would be worth the drive to Fredericksburg for us if this car wash could provide better services. Well, after going to your car wash, our brand new van now has scratches on the door panel inside. These were definitely not there before and absolutely nothing has been done in this van to cause this besides one of your employees vacuuming it out. This is completely unacceptable that this should happen. Ive never heard of damages to a persons vehicle due to the carelessness of an employee. The wash itself was fine I suppose, but the interior after the full service wash left lots to be desired. I had no idea that the dash wouldnt be touched. It wasnt wiped at all, the windshield glass wasnt touched, and it appeared that the only place that was vacuumed was the floor because there was visible dust in the doors and in the cup holders. Our van was in no way overly dirty, it was really just dust and then the salt on the outside. But, we had to ask them to wipe off the door jams, and the outside handles still had soap on them that my 6 year old immediately noticed before we left, and I wiped off myself with a Kleenex. I guess I just dont understand what exactly youre getting when you get a full service wash here. My experience with any other car wash is to get the interior vacuumed and wiped down (there is a distinct difference between a wipe down/dusting which should be included and a detail which you would understandably pay for). Im just not exactly sure how this differed any from a drive thru car wash, other than having someone vacuum your floors as you get there (but damaging your door in the process) and then having someone towel-dry most of the vehicle at the end (but not all, since blue soap was still visible on the door handles and when you opened the doors to get in). I need to find a resolution to what happened to our door panel. Its unacceptable that it was damaged the way it was. We dont have anything unusual on our van and nothing was damaged going through the wash, just the driver side door panel from the vacuuming being done there. Its a brand new van still with their temporary tags on them and less than 1000 miles on it. I want that panel replaced since its been gouged in the way that it was. I have sent a picture.

I purchased the whole enchilada package... l paid $22 and waited. I was the only person there... . :/ So it runs through car wash pull it out and two guys start wiping it down. The guy on the rims and tires did ok job. other then that it was a S**t job. There was bug splatter still on front of my car and front windshield,They told me if i wanted to get bug plater off car it would be extra charge. They didnt clean the sticky stuff off my window like they told me they would, It wasnt even inch long. There was smears on the inside of the windshield. When u roll down windows theres this line that runs on top of window that was still dirty. Well i brought this to their attention. I was told its company policy they dont roll down anyones windows. it took 2 mexicans, 1 black and 2 white men to look at a sticky stuff on my window and decide it was tree sap. Inch by inch sticky stuff. They told me it was tree sap i told them i dont live near any trees. Well after pleading my case they refused to clean it unless i want to pay an extra charge... I just got in my car and drove home. Well after getting home i got a razor blade and took me 1 min to clean "tree sap " off my window, also took 5 mins to clean the bug splatter off windshield and front of my car. I basically paid $22 for my rims cleaned and tire shine lol I should of just cleaned my car myself. would of cost me half price if that and it would of been done right. Dont waste ur money with these people. No management skills. I will never use them again. Instead of just taking a few extra mins and making me happy they would rather argue with me about whats on my window and company policy to the point of losing a customer. Its not like they were packed lol. I should of noticed the signs. Only car there and they name there car packages after food lol "whole enchilada". Save your money and just wash your car yourself. Want it done right? Dont depend on these people to do it for you. They dont even deserve 1 star!
