I read the other reviews, was hesitant to go, but did not feel like driving further to other locations, at a little bit lower price and less work to be done. I have neglected the interior of my car for a while now, and just wanted it cleaned. I went with the full detail package, so they would shampoo seats and flooring. I arrived, Met Eric, (Sales) and standing out in 34 degree weather, he could not BE more friendlier, or more courteous than he was. My car was taken into the wash, and just the exterior, upon departure was impressive. Will ( General Manager) started the vacuuming process, drying the vehicle and spent considerable time on the interior, with Quashawn and Anthony Assisting him. Anthony then took my vehicle off to be detailed on the interior. While waiting for the car, Will ( GM) continuously kept me updated on the work, and the timing, When I received my car, I was speechless. I was in a state of truly being amazed. we both (will and I) checked over the car, not a single spot on the exterior, they even went so far as to buff out two scratches on the door, that I had been unable to get out, and once I opened the door and looked inside, my true amazement was evident to the crew standing by. I felt like I received my car off the Showroom floor...It truly looked like it was a brand new vehicle.....GREAT JOB Will and crew.....

"Too Bad". Yes, this is what I was told after the driver at Cactus Car Wash drove my car onto the track and SCRAPED MY RIM. The onsite manager, Julius has embarrassing customer service skills, but after meeting with Jason, the regional manager, I can see why. Jason took me into the watch a grainy video that he admittedly calls inconclusive, but they still turned me away to say that there is no way the damage was caused by them. I watched it all happen with my own eyes and so did others there. I am absolutely amazed that they are consciously turning their backs on their customers. I have been a long time supporter of this Wash, but no more. I will be happy to make the drive to find places that treat customers with dignity. Good Luck Cactus, you wont succeed with service like this. ***Since writing this review I have found a car wash that blew me away with exceptional service - Liquid Highway in Mt Pleasant. While I live in W Ashley, I must tell you that it will be worth every penny to drive to Mt P.***

I dont usually pay $40 for a car wash, but the car had been neglected and was really dirty - and this is what was recommended. I got a call that it was ready after an hour. And the guy (manager?) appeared to inspect it while I waited (interesting he waits to do that until I was there to see him do that). The inside was cleaned fine, but once I drove off, I realized that little attention was given to whether the outside was actually clean. I first noted a crusty spot at eye level on the wind shield that only required a quick rub of my fingernail to remove. So, I went back and pointed it out and saw lots of little black places over the paint job that the manager easily removed with his rag. When I noticed places on the roof, he explained that was sap and would take special chemicals to remove. Interesting, at home it came right off with just a little "elbow grease." I could have done a better job myself and saved $40.

Itd been 5 years since I had detailed my truck, so I knew it wasnt going to be any easy task for anyone to accomplish in a short amount of time. But I was rather impressed with their speed and the cleanliness of my truck. Even Though I told them numerous times I want in a hurry they came to me multiple times to give me an update on how much longer is Id be waiting. Before I knew it the truck was getting the final touches, and "Scrappy" was his name that did the work insisted that I walked all the way around and let him know if he missed anything. Great guy, but as a first timer I didnt know that youre supposed to tip them, whoops. I just wish someone wouldve told me before I had to awkwardly ask. Real hard working friendly staff

I have never felt so cheated. I paid for a supreme wash and still have a dirty truck. The manager told me that I would have to buy a full detail if I wanted the dirt off my rocker panels and fenders. He also said that it is Cactus policy that they dont clean the exterior unless it a full detail. So if it dont clean it in the wash tunnel they will not clean or wipe it. My widows are dirtier than when I got there due to the dirty rags they used. It will take me hours to cleanup after them. UPDATE- I spoke with the owner, he is very concerned about his business and I will give him another chance. He responded very quickly and sincerely to my complaints

Horrible service. They hardly cleaned my car (I could have done a better job my self for free!) and put $200 worth of scratches on it. The manager TJ said that they "would look at the cameras." Well of course he is going to say they didnt see anything on the cameras (after I had to go back there 4 days later when I never recieved a call back)! Not only was he utterly rude to me, he would not even give a refund for the carwash. The people that work there dont give a crap what they do to your car! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF HEARTACHE AND MONEY BY GOING SOME PLACE ELSE!

Paid for the most expensive "ultimate full service" wash. Garbage. Both the inside and outside of my car is still dirty. My seats have marks that I can wipe off with picking my finger. They did practically nothing after the automated drive through portion. I even have a huge smudge on my windshield. The back of my car still has bird crap on it. Waste of time and money.. find somewhere better. You can do a better job with applying little effort. I would only use their cheapest drive through service if I ever go back

I took my car in specifically to get the interior cleaned because I had spilled protein shake in the center console, and I had hoped taking it to cactus would get it cleaned better and in shorter time than if I did it myself. After spending $40 and half an hour there, my car came back with protein shake still caked all over the center console except now it smells like chemicals and its been covered in a layer of grease. Ive previously had great experiences with cactus, but Im not going back after that.

Paid for the supreme wash of both the exterior and interior. While detailing the interior the individual decided to help himself to my 5th Gen Ipod that was located in a concealed compartment of the dash. Sure they have a sign stating that the customer is responsible for all valuables, but it was out of sight out of mind as it was concealed in the dash. spoke with the manager waiting to hear back. Will post an update when I have more information.
