I had appointment for a hand wash yesterday afternoon. It rained on and off most of the day and they were considerate enough to call me to see if I still wanted to keep my appointment. I decided to keep it because my car was absolutely filthy and no amount of rain was going to change that. When I arrived, Joel greeted me in a friendly and courteous manner and got right to work on the car. He did a FABULOUS job! He managed to wash off sap that had been on the car for months in addition to cleaning off the crud that had accumulated from parking under a tree at work. When he was done, he invited me to inspect the car and went over spots that couldnt be washed off (paint transfer, etc.). The car looked great; it was the cleanest it has ever been in the three years Ive owned it. I found the price for my service ($25) very reasonable given the amount of work put in and the quality of the end result.

I went to visit @ The Car Wash for the first time to get my car detailed. I had never had my car detailed before as I typically take care of it myself. After recently having my first child, I no longer have the time and energy to do so. I signed up for the deluxe package because I wanted my car to protected throughout the winter. I must say, I take pride in the work I do on my car, but these guys and gals made my car look brand spanking new!!!! Actually better than when I purchased it off the lot. I have a black car and there is nothing better than seeing that deep dark shine. The tires and wheels were thoroughly cleaned as well and I have never had the inside so clean since I purchased it. These folks know what they are doing, highly professional and have a well maintained shop as well. The anxiety of paying for a detail is completely gone and justified! Thank you @The Car Wash!!

After calling around a few other car detail places and being either put on hold or no one answering, i googled and found @ The Car Wash, I called and it was promptly answered. They answered all of my questions so i scheduled and apt. When i went there on my apt. day i was met by Joel who not only explained everything but listened to me as i explained what had happened to my van ( i spilled a half gallon of milk in one of my seats) He assured me it was going to be ok. About half way through the process he called to let me know when it would be done. When i went to pick up my car it LOOKED LIKE NEW! it also smelled like new! they did a wonderful job! The price was fantastic! The people i worked with were wonderful! I plan on going back and highly recommend them for car detail work!

I am not sure if I am Robs best customer, or his worst. I have the upgraded monthly membership, but I use it almost daily. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have had my membership for two months now and I have washed my car no less then 45 times. So that is about $2 a wash, well worth it on my end. The finish leaves my car with a wonderful shine and no signs of a scratch or dent. I would give them six stars if it would let me! The only drawback is they are not a national chain that I can use my membership anywhere. I went to Florida for a couple days and went through Robs withdraw. I have not used their detailing service yet, but I have seen some of the work they have done, very impressive.

I echo Marens experience 100%. I took my car in this past Friday to have interior and exterior completely cleaned and detailed under the platinum package ($250), and it was worth every cent PLUS MORE. I have had my white, short/wire-hair dog in the car almost daily for 2 yrs---her fur was in every crevice, vent, cushion and covered the carpet. The @The Car Wash team did an amazing job. There was not a dog hair in sight, and the car looked back to the way it was when I bought it! Further, they kept me updated on the service and when I could expect to pick up my car, and were extremely courteous and professional throughout. Highly recommend @The Car Wash!!!

Nice people and staff, friendly. Not very knowledgeable on how to hand wash a high end car. I brought my less than one year old high end auto to them for a hand wash and wax. I left the shop with my clear coat marred in swirl marks and spider webbing. Disaster. I have tried since to have this repaired and unfortunately I am going to have to live with it. I would recommend to any car enthusiasts to seek out the detailing of a private detailer who will take much more care in detailing your car with the proper equipment and not use dried out and frayed microfiber towels to dry and wash your vehicle which will destroy the clear coat on your car.

Convenient and thorough, I have a black car and havent had any problems with it coming back looking older. In fact, I think it looks new after getting it detailed. I have two boys (8 yrs and 3 yrs) and we do a lot of long distance driving, with that being said, we do eat in the car and mishaps do happen. I am always pleased with services after visiting Robs and how clean the interior looks. The only problem I had was with my trunk, the surface is no longer flat but seems to sit on the spare where it protrudes in the center and caves in the surrounding area.

Very impressed, dropped off a truck that hadnt been professionally detailed in at least 5 years, came back, and it looks brand new. On inspection, the rep at the desk found a few smudges I probably wouldnt have seen and insisted they have a few more minutes to make it perfect. There isnt anything I could do to get the truck looking any better, and it is a lot less expensive than some of the competitors I looked at in the same local area. I would definitely do business with them again.

Every time that I have taken my vehicle up there for service I’m never disappointed because you and your Staff always steps up to the plate and hit HOMERUNS each and every time! Milo is absolutely professional. He has an easy demeanor that put me at ease immediately while listening to what services I wanted for my wifes car. Milo and the women that work at this establishment do an excellent job detailing cars, so to me that means they walk the walk, not just talk the talk!
