Do not go to this car wash it damaged my new Durango and 2 others one before my wash and one afterwards then they stopped the wash and a car was rear ended. Any way there was I know of at least 3 claims put in not including mine . I have 2 small dings and 3 at least 8" scratches. They took pictures for there claim told me not to worry will be taken care of and I will hear something within 48 hours . So I did hear something by a generic email saying that it was up to me to have it fixed from my insurance company because if my car got damaged there would have been others sorry for any inconvenience. Really?? I called and emailed back about there would have been others because we where all doing them together. Been over 3 weeks now still nothing !!! This place is please dont go to this place . Will be taken other actions

Ok if you want to get your car scratch and damaged you need to come here at RIO CARS WASH I guess you get what you pay for $3.00 car wash then you need a body shop to fix your bumper and them to paint your car too. This place is a joke and the customer service is Horrible. I have gotten a letter from the saying they will not be paying for the damage that was done in the tunnel at there wash but there were willing to give me a $50.00 VIP CODE to come back in to the there to get more damage and scratches. Trust me this is not over

They have changed the time between the two water spray that happened after the spinning brushes. Before, there used to be a delay between the first water spray and the second spray to allow soapy water to run off. Because of this there is no time for soapy water to run off and it leaves soap on the car while the car is in dryer and leaves soap stain, on windscreen windows and side view mirrors.

Came in office to ask about the services they offered and stood in office for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by the several staff members that passed by me. I just left. I mean if you dont care enough to acknowledge a customers presence how will i know youll care about cleaning my car. Probably a good thing considering the majority of your reviews though

Rio car wash at Massaponax is the worst, my car came off the track in the middle of the wash, so I pushed car in front of me & the truck behind me pushed my car, my car is messed up, 5 cars total & they act like its not there fault!!!! My daughter & I trapped in the car while its been pushed by other cars,cant even c whats going on, scary experience!

Great value, great service, great people. We are enrolled in the unlimited wash plan and couldnt be happier. Forgot to take our antenna topper off last week before going through the wash. The good people working at Rios helped us out, going above and beyond, by finding Nemo for us. My daughter was delighted.

My brand new car only 4 months old was scratched in the tunnel. I cannot get a person to speak to only emails saying they wont pay for damages...that its all my fault. Pissed! And after reading the other reviews apparently I am not the only one who has had this problem at any of the locations

One of the best car washes Ive ever been to go through the drive-thru , starts at only $3 car its very clean, free vacuum and bug removal buckets with brushes Excellent Place always clean friendly employees and great management

Three minute car wash seems more like two minutes, if they would just slow down and let your vehicle get washed then maybe there would be no need to go back through twice and thats after showing them all the missed spots.

Cant beat the monthly plan price. But ever since they remodeled and made their plans more affordable it is just way to busy at times and lines get backed up. They need another location to even traffic out.

They only had three buckets for cars coming in. I spoke to the manager who told me if I dont like it I dont have to wash my car here. Cheap, mean and greedy!!!!

Not bad for for the price point, but there are always still dirty spots on vehicles that I have run through (an SUV and a Prius). Free vacuums are a bonus.

Great car wash. You can prewash your front end, tires and whatnot. Vacuum is included. Does a good job. Theres also a location on Route 17 in Stafford.

The $3.00 carwash doesnt mean much when their brushes tear the emblem off of your car, and they refuse to take responsibility. Will not be returning.
