I have frequented this car wash many times since my relocation to Myrtle Beach, in the beginning I was very pleased. Good prices, excellent service and my car really looked awesome. The guy who comes to the car to ask you what car wash you have selected is very polite, mannerly and professional, he and his team do an excellent job of getting the car prepped for wash. Once the car goes inside to be washed, I am not quite sure what happens. The last several times I have been there, my car is not taken from the bay the minute the dryer is finished, it sits there until whoever makes their way to get it, and they have not been busy that they dont have enough people to retrieve the car. My car sits and dries on its own, with water spots all over it. They finally bring it out and do the tires, quickly wipe the dash and then let me know the car is finished. I literally sat and watched a Sheriff talk to the guy who was drying cars, so long that my car had completely dried, windows were spotted, inside was not completed and it seemed perfectly okay for the management people to think this was okay. I pay to have my car washed, I should not have to bring my car home, get a shamy and redry my own vehicle due to the lack of professionalism that is shown by those who work out in the area of drying the vehicle. The same exact thing happened to my husband, water spots all over the car, dash was never even touched, he came home and had to do the inside himself and dry it to get the water spots off. Maybe if management added a few more people out there to do the drying and cleaning the cars would not sit and dry in the sun with water spots. The crew or lack of that dries the vehicles seem more interested in chit chatting with who ever stands there while their car is being taken care of, They could care less about those of us who are waiting for their vehicle to be completed, long as their car looks good, who cares? As I said, they were good in the beginning, now it seems as though they (the ones who dry off the cars) just dont care. I am searching for another car wash as I dont like throwing my money away, nor does my husband.

I (pre)paid for a detail but sadly they only gave me a regular wash. My car had water spots, dried bugs still on my bumper, hand prints on the passenger side door, window and windshield, dirt marks still on the back bumper, the gas cap cover was filthy, the angles around my headlights and front bumper still had dirt caked in them and I had to ask for my car mats before I left. The worst was finding my tervis cup that I had in my cup holder before getting it washed thrown on my passenger seat which soaked it..thank God it was only water. I usually wash & wax my car myself but heard that this place was worth the money. I beg to differ and wont be returning. :(

I took my second car there to have it detailed so that I could sell it after my 2 college kids drove it. I was not even sure the carpets and seats would ever look the same. When I picked up my vehicle I thought that I had the wrong car! It was cleaner than it was the day that I purchased it! They even buffed out scratches! I usually go on Wednesday for ladies day specials for my personal car and I am always happy with it. I will always use Sparkle Car Wash, especially if I need a thorough detail cleaning! Thank you Billy for being so accommodating and helping me to get the car detailed on my schedule.

I visited here today and the folks in back (vacuum, prep, etc.) do a great job. Now the people drying off and cleaning windows dont belong there and are sorry and just lazy. I should have complained while I was there but I honestly think they would not even care. Came home and cleaned my windows, wiped down inside, and reglossed my tires....everything I paid to be done. Just wish my tip went to the guys and girls in the prep line.

Not impressed. We waited 35 minutes start to finish with 4 cars in front of us. The tunnel is not of the highest quality so they have to scrub down the car before it enters. I waited 5 minutes to pay the bill (no one there to take my money). They never touched the back window or vacuumed the rear despite charging an extra $3 for an SUV.

I always enjoy having my car washed here. The people are all so friendly and do a great job of keeping my car in top shape. If theres anything missed in the tunnel, like splattered bugs (ewww) I simply ask and they are more than happy to spend a little more time on the problem. Keep up the good work :)

I will say this is by far one of the best places ive taken my car to get washed. The people are very friendly and everything was great. I will most certainly be returning and I will also continue recommending this place to guest staying at my hotel! Keep up the good work ladies & gents!

Was just there this morning. I got water spots all over the car. I still have bird poop on the car. The dash is still dusty. Windows still have funk and water spots. And no clean car smell like they have had in the past. In fact doesnt smell or even look like they cleaned it.

Arrived 10 mins before they closed only for the lane to already be blocked off with a "closed" barrel. Ive worked many a store and restaurant and neeeeeever have we been allowed to close or lock any doors before the posted closing time. So unprofessional on their part.

I always take my car or my boss but on Wednesday ,i took my husband truck and it wasnt a good day. It still had dirt in truck where it wasnt vaccumed good and on the passager side still had two spots that was missed. I could see if it was pack like always but it wasnt.

Nevermind BirdmanThe reason they pressure wash before is to keep dirt grime and mud from getting in their wash.Great staff and very fast unless they are backed up and even then faster and cheaper than doing it yourself. Great peeps great service cars and trucks.

dont waste your money, go to dietrichs in myrtle beach instead, its worth the drive, these guys left the outside dirty, had to point out many missed spots, and the inside was dirtier that it started as they got black grime all over the mats

opened 5 minutes late. then stated they werent doing detail work til 9am. then an employee who was late went across the street to get cigarettes and was smoking while working on cars. also, the foul language was very much not appropriate.

Exceeded my expectations. Lobby is clean and comfortable, and the service is fantastic. If youre lucky enough to get the guy with the Superman t-shirt, you wont be disappointed.

Too slow. Looks like they do a thorough job in and out but no car wash is worth a 30 min wait unless of course, you have absolutely nothing to do.
