I will never get my car washed at Catus Car Wash . I came in on Friday morning 7-15-2016 thinking I was going to get a simple car wash and vacuum well little to my surprise I ended up leaving with a broken valve stem on my tire and also leaving the car wash on a donut I spoke with the manager Josh Kirby pertaining to the incident he wrote up and incident report and corporate paid to get the valve stem replaced at first he sent my tire with a guy from a tire company called Tsr and the wait wouldve been 2 hours before my tire got put back on with the new valve stem so I declined services with Tsr so Josh reffered me to Hill Tire Center meanwhile Hill Tire has my tire Im running errands on a donut and expressed to Josh Kirby I was scheduled to be out of town and that I needed to get the tire put on immediately so I was contacted within 30 mins stating that the tire was ready so I go to Hill Tire wait another 30 mins they finally put the tire on I drive out the parking lot and my car is making noises and shaking so I make a u turn and go back to Hill Tire and explain to them what I heard while driving the car they test drove it and told me I had a bolt in my front passenger tire which was not the original tire that had the broken valve stem so I ended up having to buy a tire for the front passenger side I drove the car for 30-45 mins on a donut and didnt hear any noises, shaking or anything. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location I ended up being late going out of town and I wouldnt recommend Hill Tire Centers as well .

This place just ok. Now when I drop car off I asked for ultimate ($28). I usually get the one below. Attendant asked if I wanted the extra clean, inside step washed and sides of doors. I asked what they were going to do. He said just dust it. I said so I am paying for it to be cleaned and I am not getting it clean? He said its a level of clean. I said I could dust it myself. He said you could. I said maybe next time I will. Sheesh. Nicole and dime. They pretty much just do an ok job. Usually something wrong. Never satisfied or dissatisfied, but I dont like the nickel and dime. Came to get a clean car, expect a clean car. Well just got car and there was a bubble line in my tint on drivers side that was not there before along with a bunch of pits over the center area of my window. I asked the attendant about them and he opted to argue with me and said that the large bubble, about 12 inches long was there and the pits are from my seat belt hitting my window. I argued back and said it was not, and asked him about the pitted ones where the seatbelt could not reach he didnt know what to say. I think they used a chemical with ammonia. I am pretty careful with my vehicle and cactus was careless and couldnt careless, what a shame. Wont be back.

Took out new truck to get serviced there, was told we had to get a hand wash because we own a dually f350. $40.00 and 45 minutes later we had to pin point everything that was not washed or vacuumed completely. We had to wait longer while they redid our truck. After that we still came back to a incomplete wash, bugs on the lights, dirt on the dash, Inside windows not cleaned, half completed vacuum and then were told that we were asking to much of a $40.00 car wash and what we were asking was an $80.00 wash and we should be happy with what we did get. Manager said that we had to ASK HIM to rinse out the bed of the truck and that the guys barely spray under the wheel wells and the service we got was just fine. POPPIE-COCK! They rushed you threw like cattle and get mad when you show them their sloppy shotty work. I will find someone else who appreciated my $40 and NEVER GO BACK! BE WARNED THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWEN HILL AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I wish I could give them a NEGITIVE -2 review!

Im now at splish splash on college park rd having my truck washed because I was so dissatisfied with cactus car wash. I called and got a price on what I wanted and I was told between 14.95 and 28.95 . When I pulled up the guy told me I needed to have my truck waxed and that would be $44. I asked for the 28.95 wash and to have a pin stripe taken off. I was told on the phone the removal of the adhesive from the stripe would be $5 for the first section and $3 for every section after. They then tell me $200 to remove 2 sections of stripe once I have already had my truck started . I demanded them to stop . The young lady behind the counter was very nice and tried to help me feel better about the misunderstanding but theres not much feeing better about lies deception and then me paying for a wash that I would have not had done if I would have known the stripes were an issue worth $200. Splish splash is washing my truck in and out with wax for $26.

When I lived in Charleston, I used to bring my car here all the time. They do a nice job and are decently priced. Ive only done the external car wash, Ive never had them clean my interior because the wait is always so long. The external wash is great. I go on many road trip so there is always bug juice all over the front of my car and they get it all right off. If they dont get it off in the wash, I just ask them to do some touch ups and they are happy to help. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. This place is busy! There is always a line every time Ive gone. Even when they open on a weekday, its busy. The location is not convenient at all because its at an entrance of a Wal-Mart... theres already congestion because of that. So if you go here, youre going to have to wait; youll wait longer for an interior and exterior than just the exterior. Bring a book to read!

Completely agree with Jerry below me. Got the 40 dollar wash...waited over an hour then got home and had to fix so many things. Had armor all all over my windshield and Windows (Im not even sure they actually did my windows at all) didnt open the trunk and get the dust out of the lip of the trunk at all. Rims were still dirty, had friggin hand prints all over the paint. Had to redue so many things and for 40 bucks? I worked at a car wash like this up north in high school and we put this place to shame in a quarter of the time for half the price with half the crew. Oh and during the northern winter with lines half a mile long. You clean the inside FIRST (with the last thing the windows) then the outside...not the opposite of that. How do they not know this....Paid a 40 dollar lesson...never again with my challanger.
