This is the worst car wash I have ever been to in my life.I paid $34:95 which was suppose to come with a carnauba wax , wheel wax , tire shine etc , after the car went through the washer , they barely had the patience to hAnd dry it , I went in for about 3 mins and they said it was done.I thought it was really fast but was in a hurry to get to work and just left.While I was driving I notice they didnt even vacuum the car and when I got to work the car was not waxed and no tire shine.This is the 2nd time I have paid for services here that have not been rendered.The first time I complained they said they were sorry it must have been a confusion and the guys didnt look at my receipt on my dash properly to see what service i paid for.After talking to my brother , he said they always do that and he stopped going there ages ago.If you have money to waste you can go there.I have a feeling the workers are probably overwhelmed and just hurry to get the next car in.If you must go there never go there on the weekends

My boyfriend and 5 year old son took a trip here yesterday. Guess what I learned? My son had to be told not to repeat words and asked why an employee wasnt in trouble for using bad words. Apparently the employees have lost their minds and now brawl and scream at each other in front of customers no matter the age. What did the manager do? He took out his phone to record the fight. Ive been bringing my car here for two years. Ive also recommended friends and family. Why? Because this WAS a decent place that washed your car very well. The older gentlemen I feel sorry for because they work so hard and do so well. Ill be on the trial and error stages again of finding a decent car wash I can take my child to without him learning how to be barbaric. Ill have to warn my friends and family. Bravo and continue to ruin a good business.

Employees are ok, carwash machine itself is terrible, be careful going here the carwash does not clean the dirt off the vehicle just gets the car wet, then once its out the scrub the unremoved dirt right into the paint. If you have a black or dark colored car it will scratch the paint completely. They said they use micro fiber towels, ok good but micro fiber towels will not pick up the dirt and protect the paint job. I would avoid this carwash completely. I got to this conclusion by going in and only seeing one of the scrubbers actually working and non of the others were operating at all just soap and water being sprayed on to the vehicle. Dont believe me go through it and at the end step outside your car and look at all the dirt that is still on the vehicle. Then you decide if you want them to use a rag!

I dont hate the place but 1 they need a real land line phone, the number on website is a cell phone that Ive been calling for over 2hours no answer and no return call. 2 my appointment for a detail was at 0830. Its now 2pm and my car is not complete nor is there an estimated time to be complete. I was told when I booked the appointment to allow up to 3 hours clearly its almost 3hours later. For a service that is over 200 bucks this should have went a lot smoother. Whenever my vehicle is FINALLY detailed I hope to not find a piece of lent in my vehicle! This location could also stand to use some better customer service, i.e. ATTITUDES

Woodbridge location!!! I being with there monthly member customer for almost a year know, instead of getting better this location is getting worst. Atleast 1 hour wait at line and service is getting bad, I work for transportation company and cant not spend more than an hour for car wash, PLUS they want $65 for months member cause I go there every other day and THEY close my account. THEY LOOKING FOR MORE MONEY. Know I got a member ship at Woodbridge SONIC CAR WASH, and I am done with in 20 minutes. NO MORE LONGER WAIT TIME. WHITE HOUSE LOSE ME AS A MONTHLY REMEMBER CAUSE THEY WANT $65 KNOW. AND MANAGEMENT DIDNT CARE.

I have a monthly membership there which I know I dont take full advantage of. I submitted an online request to cancel beginning in August and they still charged me for September. I have been calling constantly no one ever answers the phone. The service is terrible workers are goofing off and do half the work. This of course make the waiting time long so it usually takes an hour or so to get my car washed. I had a good wash before and the workers did a great job inside but that only happened once and I had my membership for about a year. Keep you money and somewhere else.

Poor costumer service , I paid 35$ for a car wash n detailing , they were not delivering the job as everything inside was dirty did nt even clean my dashboard as I asked one of the manager with Indian or Pakistani accent yelled at me . He had no manners to talk . It was a rush hour they just wanted to get rid of my car . I was a regular costumer but never delivered a satisfactory job . Not going there again . Waste of money and poor costumer service at Jefferson Davis highway location .

It didnt seem like the people there knew what was going on or what they were supposed to do. I asked questions about the service and got doubtful answers. The job they did on my car was done in a half-hearted manner. They didnt even take out all the mats of my car and clean them. The mats that they did take out they left on the accelerator when the car was still running. If I hadnt realized it I could have gotten into a big accident. I dont think Ill be going back there.

Always greeted with a smile, friendly staff, and great service. The monthly plan is the way to go. I just recently bought a new car and they do an amazing job, always ensuring that I am happy with the detailing. I had an inconvient paint over spray experience which White Horse Auto in Woodbridge was able to remove. I am always very happy when I leave. The manager is great, as he is very customer service oriented! I highly recommend going here.

Some time ago, they have a bunch a teenagers working on, no really really good but its ok; Right now they have only black lacy dudes, they spend 30 mins on each car and they do not leave it good, its pretty easy see whats going on, 3 guys team (1 just talking, 1 clean i little bit and the last one do everything else...30 mins and bad. I loved this place, I really loved but right now sucks, total time for wash my car 1:15 mins and bad

The customer service was the best thing here. Everyone was really nice, however my car is still dirty. Fingerprints on windows, console dirty, cup holder dirty, food under the seat, dirt and grease spots on my steering wheel. Still got bugs on my front grill. The drive thru machine find too fast for it to really clean anything. I was in and out in less than 20min. For $40 and its still dirty, was a waste. I will not be returning.
