I got my SUV washed there for the first time this weekend. First off, for a "supreme" wash, it was $60, that is almost as much as getting your car detailed. I told the gentlemen when I first arrived that I had read the reviews and that I was hesitant to use them. I also told them that I wanted to get the salt off the carpet on my driver side, and he said this was no problem. It took a long time for them to complete the wash, mind you it was 8:30 am, and not that many people there yet. I watched them vacuum, and clean everything. The girl who drove my car to the side where they do buffing on the outside hit a cone, real nice. As far as when the car was finished 1. After all the washing, buffing, waxing" and everything on the outside. There was still tons of noticeable dirt on my car. (I have a white car). Easily could of been taken off by a rag! How is that possible. 2. The windows. They do not know how to clean windows. My windows were smeared with this weird oil stuff, and I had to get home and clean it myself (Windows looked smeared, gross) 3. The inside.... It looked like they took Armor All and just wiped it everywhere. Didnt remove the dust or anything, so the inside was completely ruined. It was also just smeared all over the place, so it looked horrific. They didnt even try to remove the little dust speckles by my shifter (the leather that is around it). Not even clean. Then there was the salt spot. They had not even touched it. What a bad car cleaner. If you are going to charge $60 for a wash, at least try to make it look like you know what you are doing. Try not to hit a cone in my new car either.

One of the better car wash places Ive been able to find. They do a lot of services in a relatively short amount of time. Ive never been there longer than about 25 minutes. Im currently using the free membership trial they gave me with the purchase of the Premium wash at the beginning of this month. The membership entitles you to unlimited car washes (inside and out) for $50 a month. There are other services available like just exterior wash for around half the price and you can also pick a-la-carte services like waxing, rain X, vacuuming etc. I think some of the bad reviews for this place is its easy to get confused witch services come with witch package you pay for. It helps to read all the the fine print as they may not wax or clean your center console at the lower packages. My only gripes are just nit picks. Sometimes they dont get all of the crevices clean in my wheels and if I have a particular issue (like bird poop on the roof) I have to point it out otherwise sometimes they dont give it the attention it needs. But overall, this has saved me a lot of time. I just need to really sit down and look at the real cost of doing this for what will end up being about $600 a year in the long run. You dont have to get the Platinum package, you could pay as low is $14 and have most things quickly washed and at least wiped down.

I was excited to see a new car wash open in the White Marsh area. I used their city location once and thought it was a little overpriced. So I went to the White Marsh location and got their $28 Gold Full Service (interior & exterior). My vehicle went through the wash and came out to 2 gentleman with towels/rags. They wiped the excess water off and then I was told to go in to the service bay so the interior could be cleaned. I pulled up, got out and walked inside the waiting area. About 15 minutes later I was told it was ready. My initial thought was that it looked good until I got home and noticed that 2 of the wheels were barely touched with a rag and there were a few areas on the exterior of the vehicle that werent wiped down. I checked the interior and saw that 2 of the seats werent vacuumed at all as they still had sand on them from a recent vacation. If I have to wipe down my vehicle when I get home after paying nearly $30 to have it cleaned, thats not good. Overall I think their prices are high considering the quality of service. In my opinion, I feel like their high prices are paying for the free WiFi in the waiting room along with the coffee bar. I dont need all of that, I just need my vehicle cleaned. I also felt like people were just standing around and there wasnt someone in charge, running the show.

Okay. So Im a member. In the past two days I have washed my work car that is covered under my membership and my limited edition muscle car. Super pissed with the results. They dont towel dry the car thoroughly and let the car air dry leaving water spots. It is obvious on my windows and the body of both my cars because their black. I have had to pickup a towel and wipe the cars down myself. Not hard to do when you have 3-4 people addressing the car in the bay! Today I paid $37 for their platinum wash for my muscle car not under the membership. Still had to wipe down my own car to fix this. They didnt wipe down the console. Told them about this. Though they are all nice and offer to fix the issue. They constantly have quality issues they need to be addressed. I had to rewash my work car yesterday and then towel dry it myself! Im giving this until the end of the month to see if things improve. If not, Im canceling my $53 a month membership. I can spend $10 a week at a gas station car wash and wipe down the car myself. Thought this was a good deal! Right now I have to say NO! Sorry. I like the folks there. But quality is important. Too many people working there for these type of issues.

What I love about Canton Car Wash...*everything*. Its not just the experience, which is fantastic. The quality and speed of their service is mind-blowing! I drive for a living, and I use CCWs Members with Benefits program to get top results in and outside my car every time, whenever I want it. My customers frequently comment on how freakin clean and nice my car is and looks, and I always tip my hat to my friends at Canton Car Wash. A lot of professional drivers use Canton Car Wash, but that does not mean it is out of reach for you. I may have seen you, driving a janky ride that really needs some love. You should visit them. You will be beyond thrilled with what you get back. Canton Car Wash gives back to customers and the community. I think you need to try them in order to really appreciate what they do for you. Look, times are tight and you might want a special deal, like a Groupon, to convince you it is so terrific. They wont need one. Ever. Just go, find out, and let me know if you have a differing experience from mine. I imagine youll have even greater praises to sing!

I am a long time CCW customer in one form or another. I’ve either had a subscription my car, paid for my brother’s subscription, or both for about 9 years. In addition to (almost) always great service, I wanted to write to tell you about a great experience I recently had at their White Marsh location. After having my car washed and the interior cleaned up, I got in my car to leave. I was shocked and delighted to see a neatly folded $50 bill stuck in my cup holder. That $50 bill is normally slipped between the back of my phone and the case for me to use in the event I am caught without my wallet somewhere. At some point during the week, I removed my phone from the case and that bill dropped from it’s hiding place and fell somewhere in my car, unnoticed by me. To say I was pleased to see such honesty is an understatement. Those young people work hard for what I assume is not a lot of money. CCW should be proud to employ such honest workers as those in bay #2 at White Marsh on August 12th, between 12:20pm & 12:40pm. Thanks very much!
