I would bring my vehicle here a few times a month. Owners know my face. I brought my wifes car here and after tipping my Latin American brothers and upon getting ready to drive off I noticed the windshield was craked. I indicated this to the owner( the older male gentleman that takes the tickets) and he immediately got irrate with me and told me that I was lying and that my windshield was cracked before I came there. I then walked to the back and one of his employees confirmed that there was no crack when I pulled into the carwash. He still insisted I was lying and he began cursing and making aggressive hand gestures toward me. I then called the police and filed a police report. Who has the time to defraud a carwash for a crack in a windshield? Isnt that why businesses have liability insurance? I will never go there again and I will never refer anyone to go there again as I often would do. I never leave negative reviews on any business. I normally just dont patronize them anymore, but truth has no temperature and I truly felt violated because it was obvious what the reality of the situation was. Dont go here. They are not to be trusted with your car!

Brought my car here after essentially a month of waiting for my rim paint to adhere. Alas, the individual that drove my car through and onto the rails (or perhaps at some point during the wash) both of my left rims got scuffed. Badly enough to the point that I can see the unpainted rim is damaged as well. Doesnt feel very friendly, though the wash looks decent outside of the permanent damage that Ill now have to repair on my own time.

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR CLEANED!!! I ASKED THE WORKERS TO CLEAN MY RIMS (I paid for them to be cleaned) BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL DIRTY. I THEN APPROACHED THE MANAGER ABOUT IT. OH BOY, HIS ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE!!! HE APPEARED TO BE SO ANGRY... WHAT IS EVERYONE MAD ABOUT THESE DAYS? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD AT EXPRESS CAR WASH! THEY DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME RETURNING. SMH!

This place is just not good and the owner sometimes has an attitude. They dont do that great a job of cleaning the car, they dont scrub it, and they dont really get a lot of the dirt off. I only go here in a pinch and if Im trying to squeeze it in between other errands. If you got time take your money and business elsewhere.

Kinda ghetto and trashy. Police were there mediating something and I almost backed out. The wash was so/so, still some dirt and Im not sure, my car is old, but seems like the cleaner stripped/streaked my glove compartment. Workers felt like random people hanging out. Not sure if they are responsible about who they hire.

My car looks amazing and they are fast. I just wish they would renovate the place. I didnt give 5 stars because I dont like it when my car leaves my sight. I usually go to the dealership to get anything done to my car. I dont doubt any of the reviews either. My car still looks great after a week of the initial detail.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. They damaged my car and one of the employees aplogized and when I told the owner he screamed at the emloyee for not paying attention to damages that happened outside the premise and he denied it happened there. I couldnt believe it. I highly not recommend this place.

Dont let looks fool you. The service was great and prices nominal for being a D.C. Car wash. Unlike the Express Car Wash in VA, they seemed less rushed and took their time with the cars.

Dont pay for deluxe. They do not do undercarriage wash. It is bone dry. Owner tells me water evaporates due to heat. I dont think my inner wheel rim is that hot.

Place is awesome. They take the time to wipe down your entire car and detail your tires. Cant beat the price. Definitely go here!
