These guys were great! Very professional. I dont think too costly at all for the custom detail job they do. I brought my brand new 2016 car in and they took the time to assess what I needed without trying to up sell me....in fact, they encouraged me to take the "mini" detail job as my car wasnt in need of any additional services, rather than trying to sell me the deal that would have cost more. I made an appointment the day before and they honored the time precisely. Upon arrival, the manager came out to meet me in the driveway before I even had a chance to get out of the car! Steven (one of the assistants) took the time to thoroughly explain everything they did post job. He answered each tedious question I had and even gave me a free care cloth as a take away:) I will for sure be coming here for future washes and exterior car care.

I wish I could give it minus stars...they ruined the wheels on my BMW M5!!! Applied wheel acid cleaner to my powder coated rims(which were blemish free!) and as a result...when I picked up the car... I was almost in tears...my beautiful, bad, black BMW had spots down to the metal all over the rims!!! When I brought this to their attention(upon picking it up) they apologized and said they would pay to have the rims refinished. After several months of hounding them(and only for the powdercoating fee-{which is less than the price of a detail???}-I was going to take care of the labor!!)I PAYED FOR THEIR MISTAKE MYSELF!!!???DRIVE 5 MIN TO GET YOUR CAR CLEANED MUCH BETTER FOR MUCH LESS!!!(and maybe prevent a costly repair too!!)

Been here a couple times over the last few years and its a splurge but its worth it. The service is very detailed, thorough and careful. First time I visited I have a nasty spill and theses guys got it all up from all the crevices and were very gracious. Second time they took special care to keep an eye out for a lost earring and spent a lot of time looking for it with me and walking through all the places they looked. I dont go for the full detail often but when I do I trust these guys.

I took our old car in to them. They made it almost look like new (there are some dents that need to be addressed). Overall, fantastic service. They have night drop off. Very friendly to deal with and they recommended some body shops and things to watch out for when dealing with the body shops for the other items that we need to get addressed. Overall, a great experience, the car looks great, and in the city too!

I recently went to Detailz because a full bottle of laundry detergent had spilled on the floor in the backseat of my car. They actually only take people by appointments, but because it was an emergency they took me with no problems. They were so nice and explained how they were going to get the detergent up. It took them about 45 mins and it looked great. I would recommend them to anyone. They are great!

They did a great job on my car. If I didnt know better I might have thought it was new. They called me before it was done so I didnt have to wait around for it. Gave me a full inspection afterwords to make sure I was satisfied.
