Jason was caring and compassionate and made my family feel at ease. Tommy does an awesome job behind the scenes. They were professional and treated my family like family. From the moment we first called, they did everything in their power to fulfill our familys wishes. In such a horrible time, they made me feel so much better. We must have called them 2-3 times a day and they encouraged that and were never annoyed. I am forever grateful for the dignity and respect I felt when I was working with them. There is no better choice for the care of your loved ones. They wont try to upsell you and they dont see you as a wallet, they see you as a grieving friend.

With the sudden lost of my husband, Graves staff was very professional with every encounter. From the initial contact right up to the transport of my husband remains. I was fearful of the embalming process, esp. with husband being a donor and selecting this funeral home blindly (with out referral), I was relieved when I seen him. He looked as if he was sleeping. I love the website & The funeral cars. I wanna say the Graves family is the business for all the right reasons. Some funeral directors are very nasty & dont care about the grieving families. Theyre only about how much insurance policy is worth. For some of them calling themselves funeral directors they arent even present during wakes/or viewings of the deceased. I would makes (GRAVES) our first choice.
