I called them to have them come out to give us an estimate on roof repair. They wanted my credit card info even before they came out because they charge $425 to come out and give an estimate. You have got to be kidding!! I was told that if I hired them to do the job, they would credit me the $425. No other roofing company I called charged to give an estimate and really dont see how they stay in businesses with this business practice. If every company charged this fee, I would have been out over $1200 because I got three estimates before I decided on one of the companies. The one I did decide on did a great job & were priced very reasonable.

One word to describe Loudoun Valley Roofing is amazing. Their work is unbelievable! They are friendly and fast! No one around can match them. They will fix or replace your roof for a price that anyone can afford. My roof was getting a bit old so I asked a friend and he recommended them so I gave them a call and they came out that day ans started to work. Now my roof looks great and will last me many more years!

I have heard the true test of a company is when something does not go right, and how they handle it. I can truly say that when there were still some issues after a repair, and I brought it to managements attention, they stood behind their work, made the additional repairs and did not charge me for the additional work. I am a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend LVR!
