Called and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate for repairs or replacement of a roof. Explained to the company that we are under a time crunch and the employee said he would have a particular worker come out and that it was in their scheduling system. Called numerous times the day of the inspection/estimate to ensure that they were going to show up, and no one answered. Left message on their voicemail, sent a message via their website. Still no call back. Finally someone answered (40 minutes after the scheduled inspection time) and said they would call me right back once they talked to their foreman. Never called back. No answer again on their office phone number. Had to set up the time with my realtor, sellers realtor, and have my husband drive out there to the house, only for the roofer to not show, not call back, despite assurances that the roofer would be there and that the inspection was scheduled. They seemed nice enough on the phone, but it was not nice waiting in the cold for an hour with the roofing company not answering or returning phone calls. A simple "we cant make it" would have sufficed. Thanks a lot.

I have used Harrisonburg VA Roofing 3 times now to replace roofs on my rental properties. They always make it out quickly, do a great job and at a fair price. I’ve only used one other roofing contractor so I don’t have a ton of experience but I do know the roof leaked after 2 years (and it was supposed to last 10). I’m happy with Harrisonburg VA Roofing so no need to go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

We used Harrisonburg VA roofing to replace a roof on a rental house and they where able to come out to take a look at the house, give us an estimate and replaced the roof all in the same week. The time from first call to finished roof was amazing and the price was much better than I thought it would be.
