Best Choice Roofing installed my roof in 2015. At the time a guy named Todd Kennedy was my contact person and was very professional but after he left company my experience has been TERRIBLE. A couple of weeks ago my roof began leeking. i immediately contacted BCR to set up a time to come assess my roof. I spoke with Paul who set an appointment for 11:30 on Tuesday. I took off work to come meet him. Paul was a no call no show. I contacted paul and he apologized and said he would come that afternoon at 5:30. Once again paul was a no call no show. i then contcted Gregg the manager who stated that he would personally come Friday. No call no show. I contacted Gregg once again after several attempts to get roof looked at. Gregg stated that he promised that today he would be at my house at 5:30 today. i got off work again and Gregg the manager was a no call no show. i am highly disappointed and upset. There customer service along with lies are unexceptable!!!!! I hope that the general manager sees this and rectifys situation! unsatisfied customer, Henry Johnson

I did...but I wouldn’t Please see BBB for my full review and story. In short, I got a good monetary deal and got very lucky with good subcontractors, despite repeated communication issues with Best Choice. As far as I can tell, everything is now good, but it took from April to August to get it done. Part of that was my insurance company, but there were staffing changeovers and I fell through the cracks. I was given misinformation more than once, and I followed up every day for two solid weeks with both Rick and the office to make sure the work would get done over a week after it was originally "scheduled." I will say that Rick was diligent in trying to get me a good deal (and a whole roof, not just repairs). He was super nice through the whole process. He even followed up on the sale of my house, and checked in on me a couple of weeks after everything was done, but that wasnt the issue. The bad communication and several months ordeal were the issues.

Ben stopped at our home one Saturday and pointed out to us storm damage on our roof. He was professional and helpful. He called our insurance company and put in the claim. He was here when the insurance company representative and the insurance company inspector came. Everything worked just as Ben had told us to expect. Once the claim was approved, the shingles were delivered on time, the workers were here on the day and time as we were told, they worked very hard all day to finish the work. We are pleased with our experience with Best Choice Roofing. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable each step of the process.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! In my experience and opinion, this is a "storm chasing" company that sells hard to get homeowners a new roof, through their insurance company. Be aware that this company only subcontracts the work out to other companies that may or may not have any experience in roofing and they may or may not be bonded or insured. Again, this is only one opinion, but I feel I got duped by this company and am concerned with the level of work that was done.

My experience with Best Choice Roofing Raleigh has been 100% positive. From initial meeting thru final inspection all aspects has gone like clock work. The crew that came to the house was efficient and kept the job site immaculate. All communication with Best Choice Roofing employees was professional and courteous. Their expertise guided me thru this process and i will recommend them to anyone needing roofing repair or replacement!

We had a great experience with BCR! The salesman, Ben was thorough and very helpful with color choices and insurance needs. Our roof was very damaged due to weather. His guys showed up on the agreed upon day and they were ready to work. We left and by the time we got back home, they were completely done, cleaned up and the roof looked great! Love our new roof! Call these guys if you have any roofing needs! They are the best!
