Chuck and his team at Besroi literally bent over backwards to help with our almost flat porch roof leak. Cant say enough good things. During the estimate visit he got up on the ladder and immediately could tell that the roof on the porch was done incorrectly when our house was flipped. The shingles werent layered/tapered correctly and were bowing upwards at the end of the roof which retained rain rather than allowing it to properly drain into the gutter. We also had an area where the porch roof and garage roof inter-mesh that wasnt done properly and an incorrect style vent on the kitchen range vent. Everything was fixed in a prompt and professional manner and the price seemed reasonable as well.

Charles showed up promptly and found the leak in my roof that 3-other contractors could not find but charged me over $1200 for over the past few years. I would not hesitate to use Besroi in the future. 1/11/16 - I had a shutter rip off in the wind and called to have it replaced . They arrived in a few hours and had it remounted in minutes. He cam up to me and shook my hand and said all set no charge as your a previous customer. You dont see loyalty to the customer like that any more these days. Thanks Besroi..
