TERRIBLE experience:( I paid them almost $1000 in May to fix my leaking roof. They said today that all that they replaced in May was the water shield and a few nails that were popping up... If that were the case we would have seen those nails and fixed it ourselves in May before calling a roofing company! Unfortunately I spoke with the owner on the phone about the original work order so they are now claiming that what we originally discussed is not what they actually did. Their workers came to my house more than once and never discussed with me what they actually did or if they did any work at all before leaving. I only received one phone call about the work that was done and that was for the original work done in May. Between May and August there were only a couple of rains and but nothing heavy enough for me to tell if it was still leaking into our bedroom ceiling! I wasnt home for the rains so that I could crawl up into my attic and check to see if the work that they did was actually quality work. The receptionist said "you waited until August to tell us your roof was still leaking! Its not even leaking in the same spot!" Unfortunately I thought that they had fixed the issue but by August and one heavy rain I noticed that the ceiling in a bedroom had gotten worse. So I called them, she sent someone out within a week (with NO APPOINTMENT, just calls at 8 am to tell me someone will be at my door in 2 minutes) and then I never heard from them again! I had no idea if they had done anything while they were on my roof at all and then NO follow up call or anything to give me any indication of what they had done! My biggest complaint is the terrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone actually argued with me about MY leaking roof and claimed where it was leaking months ago is DIFFERENT than the place that Its leaking now. Interestingly enough I have the original leaks on video footage and current leaks to prove that they are in the exact same location! But after speaking with the receptionist Im confident that I will be much better off taking my business elsewhere. Their loss because great customer service breeds a thriving business!

I havent had any personal exp. with the company but, 6 months for insurance is bullshit. 30 days is the norm and alot of places you get it as soon as you start.

Horrible horrible work and they mark your bill up to astronomical prices to cover there yearly expenses.
