We had an emergency roof leak over our master bath room last weekend so I called Frederick Roof Repair. I spoke with Stefan and I told him my problem regarding the leak around the vent pipe. He knew exactly what the problem was and he said the rubber boot collar around the exterior pipe is prone to deterioration after so many years. Mine was about 8yrs old. Stefan was able to accommodate my emergency situation and came out that same morning. After the repair, to my pleasant surprise, Stefan said he went ahead and replaced all three rubber boot collar; even though only one had the leak problem. And he even replaced a couple of missing shingles! And at no additional cost than what was quoted. Thats a real professional right there! And one I didnt mind adding a tip to the final bill. Additionally, Stefan guarantees his work so you can be at peace of mind. I fully endorse and recommend Stefan and Frederick Roof Repair for all your roofing needs. Hes very knowledgeable and seems like a very honest professional. Its this type of local business that Im happy to be supporting in Frederick. Update: After the last few heavy rain falls, I discovered I still had a small leak in the same general area over my master bath. Called Stefan and he came out the next day. After further investigation on his part, he found the pipe flashing was cut through by the previous installer. Of course Stefan removed and put in a new flashing.. all at no charge! He said it was on him and it was what I had already paid him to fix the first time. Like I said earlier in my review, the guy is a true and honest businessman, through and through. Stefan, youre the best!

I highly recommend Frederick Roof Repair. We had a sunroom added to our house. The contractor did a poor job tying it into the roof and after about 8 years it started leaking. We had water running down the inside of the sunroom on a heavy rain. We had 2 other people come out to fix it, both did a very poor job, basically just caulking to try to seal it. When it started leaking again, we called multiple companies, some never responded, some responded and just never followed up after the initial consult. Stefan responded quickly, came out and did a very thorough inspection and walked us through exactly what he thought was needed and why it should be done that way. He pointed out the reason it started leaking in the first place and what the initial contractor should have done. He gave us a very accurate quote and didnt try to up-sell or add to the cost. Quality was the most important thing for me since previous attempts and the initial construction were sub-standard. Its been close to a year since the work was done and no sign of a leak. When I need any roof work done in the future, I will call Stefan @ Frederick Roof Repair immediately.

After a recent blizzard we had some water damage in the second floor ceiling of our office building. Once the snow had cleared we called Frederick Roof Repair to come and take a look at our roof in order to find the problem. Stefan came out and arrived on time for our appointment, actually a few minutes early. He looked at the damage inside and then looked at our roof to find the problem. To our delight Stefan did not find any damage on the roof and in fact he said it was in great shape. He provided me pictures of the roof and explained everything in them so that I would understand. Since the roof was not the problem he helped us figure out that an Attic vent seemed to be the issue, and snow must have blown in and then melted from the storm. Stefan did not charge me anything for coming out and looking at our roof. While at our office Stefan was professional, nice and courteous of our customers while he navigated what was the biggest and heaviest looking latter I have ever seen. I would have no problem calling Frederick Roof Repair for any future work at the office or at my own home.

THE BEST ROOFING COMPANY OUT THERE -- FIVE IS NOT ENOUGH STARS!! My elderly parents had to have their ENTIRE roof replaced thanks to the shoddy work/rip-off of a neighborhood handyman. I obtained several estimates to have the roof replaced. Frederick Roof Repair not only gave them a reasonable price but their extensive knowledge of their craft, great customer service and the care and concern they had for my parents plight was beyond measure. Stefan was a pleasant man to work with and my parents were more than pleased with his demeanor and workmanship. All the craftsman that were involved in the project were professional and did a fantastic job from the beginning to the end. They did an exceptional clean-up job when done. They left no traces of even being on the property other than the new roof and gutters with downspouts. My parents are extremely pleased with the finished project and cannot seem to say enough good things about Stefan. And I agree with them wholeheartedly. If you want the BEST, forget the rest and call Frederick Roofing Repair. Its just that simple!!!

I highly recommend Frederick Roof Repair. I called Stefan to inquire about repairing some flashing on my roof that had come loose during during heavy winds and to diagnose a reoccurring leak in the ceiling of our master bathroom. Stefan answered on my first call and expertly diagnosed my issues over the phone. I was really only expecting to be able to get an estimate at some point during the week but Stefan was at my house within a few hours to complete the repair jobs. Stefan quoted me an extremely reasonable price for the work and that is exactly what I ended up paying. By the time I got home from work Stefan had already completed the repairs. I thought this process would end up taking at least a week but Stefan had everything done within hours of my first call. The customer service, punctuality, craftsmanship and expertise were truly a 5 Star service. I have never been more impressed with a home repair service. The entire process was truly a great experience.

I first called Stefan of Frederick Roof Repair several years ago when I noticed a water stain on the ceiling of our bedroom. I suspected a roof leak. Stefan went up on the roof and immediately identified it as a dried out and cracked pipe collar. He replaced the collar for a very reasonable rate. We had him come out two more times to replace shingles that had blown off during high winds and also to seal gaps in window and garage flashing. His promptness and professional workmanship has made him our "go to" guy for everything roof-related. I referred Frederick Roof Repair to my parents when it was time for a new roof. They were delighted with the work and it helped them sell there home a few years later. It was a no-brainer when we needed our own roof replaced last month. Stefan even helped with assuring the community HOA that the shingle color would be in compliance. I really cant rave enough about Stefan and Frederick Roof Repair!
