My grandmother hired Todd Fritz to fix a leak on her sunroom. She picked him because my grandfather really liked him and she thought he would be fair to her. Well he put a new roof on the sunroom and now the roof leaks in a completely different spot. He has come out twice and did things to stop the leak, the last time saying " I have no idea why the roof is leaking" Now he wont return any of her calls. So when it rains outside, it rains inside too. Pretty crappy business if you ask me. NOt only did he not do the work correctly, he took her money and refuses to call her back.

i had a roof put on and i can not speak more highly of this business. the owner was very polite as well as the crew. knowledgeable and professional. they showed up early and finished fast. i will use Todd and recommend him in the future. his price was fair and honest. i am a very satisfied customer. he also was recommended by several people in my neighborhood that used him and there roofs still look great!.

For years my grandmothers roof has leaked. Its only 10 years old. With the recent windstorm, at least 20 shingles have blown off. Years ago my uncles went up on the roof and found shingles that werent even nailed down. Unfortunately Mr Fritz has one of the shortest workmanship guarantees in the business. That tells you all you need to know.

Todd E. Fritz Inc. did a wonderful job replacing my roof and gutters last month. The roof and gutters look FABULOUS! I couldnt be happier!!!. But I also want to praise the crew. They were so hardworking, professional and courteous. And they did a wonderful job cleaning up my yard. I am a very happy customer.

I *tried* to give them my business, but they never returned my calls. I called several times wanting to get an estimate for a roof repair and gutter cleaning. I get the fact that maybe theyre looking for bigger, more lucrative jobs, but if thats the case -- just say so! (Dont keep wasting my time.)

They do not call their customers back when there is a problem, I am now going to turn him into the Better Business Bureau as this is un acceptable, and if need to I will speak to the local news too. My advice is you will be sorry if you use his company!

They did the worse job possible. I had to have them out a number of times to replace blown off shingles until the labor warranty ran out. Since then, I replaced shingles myself at least 5 times.

Sure am glad we got a new roof in the fall! As I am hearing the huge wind storm outside today (03/08/17) with 60 to 70 MPH winds, it is great to know our roof is safe. --Great job!
