I recently had my roof replaced. Working with the owner to get a quote and set up the installation was effortless and stress-free. He explained exactly what they would do, the various warranties, options, and costs. The quote was fantastic - easy to read without pages of "fine print" you feel you have to read in order not to be taken advantage of. The owner, Rob Bailes, has decades of experience and selects his staff carefully. What a joy to work with a company that has integrity, a great reputation, is trustworthy, and delivers a quality product for a great price. When I told the men at work the price, they thought I got a terrific deal. Affordable without them cutting corners or scrimping on quality to do so. Lifetime Roofing also provides an even greater warranty of their own at no extra cost. My roof looks great. I also got the gutter covers - another great service they provide. I, wholeheartedly, recommend this company! (I felt compelled to write this review to let people know all about them and guide homeowners in the right direction.) You will be pleased from start to finish.

After I called Rob about potential damage to my roof, he came out and inspected my roof at no charge. Rob identified wind and hail damage that was not visible from the ground. He was very professional and personable. Rob also made sure to be present when my insurance adjuster arrived and made sure the adjuster didnt miss any of the damaged areas he had identified. I got the shingle upgrade as part of my roof repair and it looks much better than the old roof. Rob and his team did a great job on my new roof, and even covered all my bushes around the house to protect them from debri falling down. Then they did a thorough cleanup before leaving. My homes value has been improved with this new roof. I recommend Rob to all my friends. Very thorough and easy to deal with.

Lifetime Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. After having a leak, I called Rob from a recommendation by a friend who had been very pleased with his companys work. Rob came out and found that the reason for the leak was extensive wind damage to our shingles. He made arrangements to be onsite when our insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage.
