Politz Enterprises Roofing Inc., is very renowned and well known in the state of Maryland.Personal appreciation to President - Owner, Robert Politz and Tony Hollis, Facilities Manager. Robert Politz, President - Owner, is the most courteous, professional, honest, reliable contractor I ever worked with. Robert Politz was/is excellent to work with. His crew was amazing, quick and hardworking, as well. The price was very reasonable, they had good choices of products, they were extremely friendly and helpful and they did a great job, they were fast, and very clean! I highly recommend them! Robert runs a great product and customer-driven business. Again, hes very professional, courteous, honest and reliable. Will definitely use them again. They were fast and efficient and I was VERY satisfied with their service. Whenever Ill need to replace my roof, I will more than likely not even get another estimate from anyone else.....I have found a good roofer! This was my second time using them and I was very happy with their work the first time as well. They got the work done on time. They met my budget and did exactly what they said they would do. From the start, Robert Politz and the crew at Politz Enterprises Roofing Inc., impressed me and delivered the optimal customer satisfaction experience. I was happy with the service, price, and results! I am extremely happy with the roofs that were just replaced on both my 68-year-old house and 30-year-old detached garage. PE was highly recommended by my good friend who had PE replace their roof about eight years ago. Robert is very customer-oriented, making sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. I was trying to decide on the color, and he and Tony gave me addresses of houses with those colors so I could see what it looked like on an actual roof, rather than just on a small sample. He also suggested I have solar attic fans installed, in addition to the ridge vents, as the house had no upstairs ventilation at all. He used only top quality materials with all aspects to the installation. He did everything correctly, sighting law requirements and manufacturer requirements. There were NO short-cuts. Both Robert and Tony were always prompt with communicating with me. I also was able to choose the day the work was to be done, which was two days ago. The seven man crew arrived at 7:30am. They were very good, hard workers, smiling and friendly the whole day, and only taking one lunch break. The foreman answered all my questions professionally. Several boards were found to be rotting, so they replaced those boards, which were included in the contract. They did a terrific job of cleaning up and left a little before 8:30pm. I got a great job done in just one day, a great price, a great warranty, and a great new friend, Robert!

After a couple heavy rains this year our 20+ year old spouting was running over in spots, seams leaking etc. Time for a replacement. Ask around, get estimates , recommendations etc since spouting is not an everyday item- hard to have more than one experience!. Knew of Politz Enterprises work on some other jobs and they did a great job for us. We had questions about whether the original contractors gutters (standard 4 inch) were too small for our large hip roof home, and in consultation with Robert decided to upgrade to 6 inch- what a difference in appearance and performance! They were extremely workmanlike- efficient, professional and did our large two story house- with a traditional Victorian turret (lots of angles and corners!) in just a few hours. We also have a weird roof design that required some unique connecting of downspouts in a prominent spot, and the arrangement they did was far better aesthetically and performance wise than the original pan set up. Accommodating to our schedule , a fair and competitive price that came in under other contractors. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Politz Ent. installed a new roof for me in July, 2016. I had received several quotes and Politz Ent. was the least of all of them, which at first concerned me, but my concerns were assuaged after they did an excellent job. Robert Politz did great communicating with me and always made himself available for my questions. When I had concerns he addressed them and made sure they were taken care of. At one point we did have some miscommunication and as soon as Robert found out he was on it! Tony was also great in making sure things got done right. The crew was good - hard workers. They were at my house all day, 12 hours plus, trying to wrap up the roof. It ended up they did have to come back the next day to finish but they did a great job and cleaned up very well too. Would highly recommend Politz for roofing jobs.

I was so pleased with the way we were treated from the very beginning. The estimate, home visit where we chose our new roof and the roof itself. We didnt have to do anything to get the great results. We went on vacation and had a beautiful new roof when we came home. My neighbor said that the crew worked very hard to give us our beautiful new roof and cleaned up their mess, all in the same day. Who could ask for more? The price was great too. If you need a new roof call Politz Enterprises and you wont be disappointed.

Politz Enterprises installed a new roof and gutters on our home in the Spring of 2015. From start to finish the process was seamless. Ron Maier handled the sales side and was very helpful (and patient) in answering all our questions, and he delivered an attractive proposal. The teams who handled the roof and gutters installations were very professional, doing a great job not only with the installation but cleaning up, etc. The job was very well done and I would highly recommend them.

I had a tree fall on my house and needed part of the roof, a wall and the siding replaced. I called Politz and spoke to someone in the office who promised I would get a return call. It has now been close to two weeks and I have not had a return call or email. On a scale of 1 to 10, returning a call as compared to repairing a home ought to be a 1. If they cant do that then I dont feel then can do a much more complicated job.

The crew was professional and, when the job was done, cleaned up so well that there was not one piece of remaining debris from the job. The area around my house was cleaner AFTER they put the roof on. If you need roof and dont use this company, youre making a mistake. Fantastic job. Fantastic price. Professional service.
