John Geer and his team at Top to Bottom Home Improvement are awesome. I first contracted John and his crew back in July of 2016 when my chimney was in need of masonry repair. They did a great job repairing the chimney. John took pictures prior to the repair and after. Plus, John and his crew did an amazing cleanup job when they were done. Then last month (April 2017) I had John and his team put on a new tear-off roof and gutters. Once again John took pictures before and during the job, as well at the completion. He explained every step of the job to me and answered any questions I had as he and his team worked diligently on my roof and gutters. The Top to Bottom team were both very punctual and polite throughout this whole process. John also had his crew maintain a clean work environment at all times during the tear off and application of the new roof and gutters. Which I greatly appreciated since I have a couple of dogs whose safety in the yard is very important to me and John made sure there was no debris at all in yard during the process. I would highly recommend Top to Bottom to anyone in need of their services.

In Dec. 2012 I was in need of a new roof, when a good friend Highly recommended John Geer from Top To Bottom. John sat with me and was very kind, as he patiently explained the details of the work that was going to be required. John was both very punctual and polite. He maintained a clean work environment at all times during the tear off and application of the new roof. I was very excited upon completion. I now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof, with a proper ridge vent, and added insulation to my attic area. I no longer experience those long icicles, or ice dams. We have very hard winters and I got my roof in the nick of time, and I did not require any snow removal. Johns workmanship not only offered me reassurance and peace of mind of a safe roof.
