Our roof was destroyed by a strong storm and we had just moved into this house a few months earlier. We did not know where to turn for help. When ,y wife contacted GNS Roofing, I was away on business. Within the hour, the owner himself came to the house, assessed the damaged and immediately began to provide his advice and support. When the insurance company delayed our claim, he still did the job and despite operating at his own risk, he completed the first phase of the job. He said, "If this was my house, I would want this resolved right away so we are going to take care of you and your family". As a retired Marine and disabled veteran, those words resonated with me well. This company is one of the few genuine American companies with the high level of integrity in the business and a true sense of care for the community. GNS Roofing is reliable and responsive. That is extraordinary.

GNS company put a new roof on our house 3 years ago. Unfortunately, a leak developed about 2 weeks ago. Called Jose. He was here within the hour to inspect the roof; in the rain. He said the leak was at the exhaust pipe. He put a tarp over the problem area and said he would be back when it stopped raining. Since he wasnt certain if it was the pipe itself or the roof he called in a plumber to look at the pipe. After some testing the plumber said that the pipe was OK. So Jose did his magic and solved the problem. Since the roof was still under warranty there was no cost to us by either the plumber or Jose. I would highly recommend Jose and his company for any roofing work.

I was calling a few different roofing companies to get pricing on a minor roof repair. I was having trouble getting returned calls. I called Jose in the morning and he was out there in the afternoon checking out my roof to see what was needed. He was able to schedule the work within a couple of days. The work was performed. GNS Roofing is a great team. I am a 100% satisfied customer. Jose and his team are professional, hard-working and do outstanding work. They just finished putting a new roof on my home and it is great. Moreover, Jose noticed the skylight on my porch was cracked (it happened years ago and I hadnt gotten around to fixing it); so he offered to replace it at minimal cost. Getting work done in Winchester involves calling multiple companies, plus multiple calls to get someone to call you back and finally, if lucky, you get the work done at some point. With my roof vent hanging from the top of my house on a Friday morning with rain due on Sunday my prospects looked bleak. I called GNS Roofing based on the positive reviews and in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday morning) my roof was fixed, including other needed repairs and at a very reasonable price. We had a fairly new roof that was leaking, I called GNS and he came out that day to inspect and assess the problem. They worked with us and our insurance to get a tarp on the roof and remove the snow. During the coldest winter they came and replaced the roof quickly and worked with the insurance to make sure it was done right with no shortcuts. Jose and crew did an excellent job. 30 year Certainteed architectural shingles, Diamond Deck 12 mil underlayment, new collars etc. Worked us into the schedule quickly and worked the job constantly until completion over 3 days. Great clean up afterwards. Jose kept in touch constantly and the entire crew was professional and pleasant. Jose is amiable and very experienced. I dont think youll find better.

I scheduled GNS to come out to fix my roof two times. The first time they said they had written my address down wrong. The second time they didnt show up and wouldnt respond to multiple phone calls and text messages. A complete waste of my time as I had to take a day off from work.
