We have been using the Alignment Shop since we moved to the area 1 1/2 years ago. They are a great bunch to work with and I trust my vehicles to them totally. They are excellent at explaining what needs to be done and why, they are willing to prioritize if you cant afford all of the work at once, they will tell you the most important things to start with. They give suggestions and time frames for what will need to be done in the future so I feel like I have some control in decision making process. They are respectful of my decisions, and the work is always done expertly and consistently. They have picked up on problems that other shops have missed. I have never doubted one thing they have said or done. Its nice to be able to relax about what is often one of the most expensive and worrisome facts of life...keeping your vehicle running and dependable. Their prices are fair and they wont ever throw parts at you just to run up a bill. You know the whys about anything they do. Thanks guys for your integrity and skill.

I called to get an estimate before I made an appointment to have my brakes checked out. After all of the work was done, I ended up having to pay over 150 dollars over the initial quote. Never have work done without first seeing the estimate in writing and dont be fooled by the smiling faces and Bible verses carelessly thrown around that shop. This was my attempt to give small business a chance and guess what, my brakes still have problems. They are just like any other automotive shop trying to get you to buy services that you dont need. Thanks but no thanks, they will not get my future business and I will not be recommending any of my colleagues to them.

My wife and I moved to VA about 18 months ago. We had an excellent and trustworthy mechanic that we left behind in MD. We hoped to find the same here. One of our new neighbors recommended the Alignment Shop. We have had several repairs and oil changes done with them. Each experience has been MORE THAN SATISFACTORY. They stuck to their quotes and did the work in a timely fashion. On several occasions they have shuttled us to and from the shop to either drop off one of our cars or trucks or to pick one up. Our daughter has also moved to VA, and now also has her car serviced there. We all feel more than comfortable recommending them to others.

I must say, as a long time customer of this business, Mrs. Moreno has no clue what she is talking about. She must have been disgruntled before she even entered the building. Personally, only biblically illiterate people have an issue with the Bible being displayed in a business. I can say that this business has done nothing but excellent work for me and when I find the work unacceptable, they always go above and beyond to correct everything for me at no extra fees. Mrs. Moreno would be better off going to another business if she truly feels this way about The Alignment Shop.

This is the worst place to take your car. They charged me $2000 for brake work that was on going for 6 months. They replaced everything under the sun and the problem still wasnt resolved. Then they replaced parts on my car that was not authorized and tried to charge me for them. I had to call the cops to get my car back from them because they were holding it hostage.

Anthony & crew have been the trusted mechanics for all my vehicles for over 9 years. There hasnt been a job they couldnt handle. Great prices, fast & solid work, and they treat you like family. Ive moved to a different state and I still take my rides to them whenever Im in town. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend them to everyone, even my ex-wife. they dont try to oversell. the do their best to complete repairs on time, as promised, and do not over charge. best shop ever!
